Jordan Valley — Restaurant in Pensacola

Wonderful experiences here! I'm so glad they decided to open up a new location on my daily commute strip!

Even more seating outside, parking and accessibility. The Chef's kiss is still in the kitchen with the same robust taste and everything on point!

My wife and I have loved Jordan Valley since 2014 when we first went to the location on N. Navy and fell in love. The same care and authentic atmosphere envelops your dining experience and it stands out compared to a lot of the restaurants going the white backsplash futuristic look.

We love eating outside when we can and the accommodations made for the outdoor eating area is very nice and well furnished with the style of Jordan still looming everywhere; very tranquil.

I'm happy to report the new location brings back nostalgia and great memories from when we first tried...

First waitress took our drink and food orders. Then we sat for a few minutes and saw the table next to us being served our order (they got their actual order a few minutes after that and nothing was said to us about the delay). 15 minutes rolled by without drinks. Another waitress checked on us and brought drinks. My Diet Coke was flat, but they got me another. 30 minutes later they brought out three plates of food to our table. None of which was what we ordered. So we left.

I know this is a new location- but I expected a little more from Jordan Valley. From what I saw, the food looked great. It’s a shame that the complete disorganization led to me not being able to taste it. I’m hopeful that they can get things straightened out. And if so I’ll amend...

Their hummus and pita is simply the best I've ever had. I stop by all the time to grab some to go. It's my favorite snack at home. And they dress it up all nice with a drizzle of olive oil (really good olive oil). The rest of their menu is so good too. I love their shish chicken. Everything is fresh and made with love. I always leave full and satisfied...true soul food. Plus the owners and staff are super nice and helpful, and truly appreciative of your business. Prices are totally reasonable too. They also have an awesome covered courtyard outside. 5 BIG STARS all around. We love you guys!! Thanks for turning this location into a place...
