Lost Pizza Co. Pensacola Downtown — Restaurant in Pensacola

All staff were enthusiastic but clearly confused about service. I sat at the bar after, as directed by the neon sign “Order Here”, I ordered a pizza and a beer. It was necessary to return to the register to inquire about my beer after watching order taker move about with other tasks from delivering pizzas in all areas, taking more orders at register, handing out to go boxes. It was very busy and I get that part but only the kitchen staff had assigned tasks, areas to work. I got one beer and zero questions about a refill from anyone. My empty glass was picked up promptly though. I watched staff search the house for the owners of food. Yes, you are given a number to place in the holder (didn’t work for my beer). One staff member had lovely fingernails for wearing a nice dress, heels and going to a dance but debilitating when trying to work quickly in a restaurant. Again, staff was enthusiastic but seriously in need of assignments for work area. Owners, be there, observe quietly, seek feedback from your crew, make adjustments. My pizza was delicious, small was accurate...

This place is amazing! Amazing food made from scratch in house. Amazing atmosphere with iconic memorabilia and arcade games for the kids. Amazing staff. They are always friendly. The place is always clean. Never had a poor experience ever. You just walk up and order you food, get your beer, drink or fountain cup and head to the table. Food os made to order and quickly. They bring it to your table and the only orher time you will see the staff is to ask how everything is. They clean the table when you are done so no need to throw anything away! Eaten at the new location at least twice a week since it opened. And not just pizza! They have a whole menu of salads, sandwiches and more! Gotta try the olive bread. Another great feature is the ability to have an event. Large seating areas inside and outside. The owner is super friendly and easy to work with! Have several functions we are using Lost to cater and host over the Mardi Gras...

We really like Lost Pizza’s food but I'm not satisfied with my recent experience. We ordered delivery straight from Lost Pizza’s website, not door dash, not uber eats, their advertised service - toast. After an hour we get a message that our order has been canceled. I called lost pizza because that's what I was instructed to do. They tell me that the delivery driver gave our food to someone else. They said they could remake it but I’d have to come get it. We ordered delivery because we had already had some adult beverages and didn't want to drive. I asked if I could get a credit and she kept saying “call door dash or uber eats” - that's not who I used!!! I checked my door dash acct and there is no record of this. So basically, $70 down the drain. Even my bank acct says “Lost Pizza” so where is the accountability? I'm sure they do this a lot and hope people just...
