Alla Prima Coffee Roaster — where the coffee is decent, the parking is a mythical concept, and the art prices will make you reconsider your own artistic potential. Tried a regular latte with their spiced brown sugar flavor — not bad, and I appreciate the decaf option. Also sampled the blueberry ube latte, which was… interesting. Earthy, unique aftertaste, definitely a conversation starter — but $8.50 for a 12 oz cup? That’s artisan pricing for a drink that confused my taste buds. Service was friendly and solid. The interior? It’s fine. Nothing to write home about unless you're really into slightly overpriced paintings and crochet pieces. Honestly, some of that art had me thinking “I could’ve made this — and I can barely draw stick figures.” The real villain here is the parking. It’s essentially a scavenger hunt with the looming threat of being towed. Street parking only, and every nearby lot is guarded like Fort Knox unless you’re shopping elsewhere. Overall: Come if you're nearby and curious, but maybe don’t make a pilgrimage — and definitely don’t come if parallel parking gives you anxiety.

The atmosphere is great—cozy with lots of sunshine. The staff is phenomenal; service lives here! 😄 We will be back 💯 The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Benny, Lou, Jonathan 💞 We got the breakfast blend (pictured) and the Papua New Guinea single origin for later in the week. My family's morning go-to is homemade drip coffee—this breakfast blend is out of this world. Great job, master roasters! We can't wait to try the Papua New Guinea next. It's also very much appreciated to engage with other guests who quoted Ted Lasso's "football is life! Danny Rojas ⚽😁" Andddd having lord of the rings playing ... 🤌 Wonderful Note: First photo is from our home not the coffee house.

Hands-down THE BEST coffee you can find in Pensacola, and this is coming from someone who, previously, had a subscription for monthly deliveries of micro-roasters from around the world. It's that good, folks! We now just stop in to visit the beautiful staff, the beautiful artwork, and enjoy a prework/school latte. Also, they have a wonderful array of pastries with the ham and cheese croissant and king cake cinnamon roll (seasonal) being our favorites. Ben always greets us with a lovely beaming smile and is incredible!

I recently placed my first to-go order, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Benny, the gentleman who answered the phone, was incredibly kind and patient as I navigated the menu. I decided on a panini, and let me just say—it was amazing! It even came with plantain chips, which I was hesitant about at first, but they turned out to be the perfect, delicious surprise. I also ordered a vanilla bean cold brew, which hit the spot.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the café was clean, cozy, and very well-kept. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy breakfast in-house one morning. Plus, they sell local art—which I absolutely love! This place has a great vibe and some real hidden gems on the menu....

$41.39 is a bit high for two coffees, a panini and a ham/cheese croissant. I don't mind spending a little extra for a locally owned business. However, the price, size and flavor do not properly offset the price tag. I could have gone to Starbucks and gotten a seasonal latte that was bigger for much less. The blackberry specialty drink is too heavy handed on the sage and not enough blackberry. However, the lemon meringue was perfect! The croissant was the same issue as the coffee where the portion size for $7 was way too small. Again, I love small businesses and want to see this place succeed but they are going to price themselves out of business if an adjustment...
