I'm not the kind of guy who signs up for massages or any kind of self-care services outside of monthly visits to the barber. After the last few weeks I had been feeling overloaded and worn down to the point that even my aversion to all that stuff got overridden.

The experience lived up to every bit of the recommendation! I did the micro-needling session with Tia, which ended up being a lot more than just the main event.

I was surprised when she told that she also does a neck and head massage in the down moments! This was a generous addition, and I don't think I realized how much I actually needed that until she was clearing all of the knots and tension out of my shoulders.

The space is clean, calm and comfortable. Tia walked me through the service and products that she was using as we went, which I thought was very professional and relaxing given how intimidating some of this stuff might sound on the surface.
