McDonald's — Restaurant in Pensacola

I had the pleasure of stopping into this location 1 afternoon at a non-peak time to order food for myself, my little ones, and my lovely wife. I ordered 4 two cheese burger meals (which were the specials for the day) and was overcharged. When I brought this to the cashiers attention, she passed me off to the manager, who at the time was discussing with other employees how she was going to ruin the business upon her exit from the company. I asked if I could get the $1.49 back and she looked puzzled at me and said I can't just give you money out of the draw. I explained the difference was $1.49, by showing the difference in prices. She said, "I am not allowed to just give money back". She refunded the meal and then recharged me for the new total, meaning at that moment on Saturday I spent $53 on 4 two cheeseburger meals. I took a deep breath and just chalked it up to that is how things work now. I received our food and found the cheeseburgers to be cold and made wrong and the fries to be as cold as they were out of the freezer. Needless to say, at this juncture the experience at this location had plummeted to the center of the Earth. We were hungry and upset, so I reached out to the customer service line and they apologized very nicely for that locations lack of professionalism and ability to convey hot, accurate, fresh food. Of course, I will not attend this location again as I feel the investment of their staff directly correlates to the management they hire, which up to this point would be great to have at a keg party not...

Possibly the worst service at a McDonald's in this town. Walked in to the lobby to order. Immediately appeared only two people were working (one drive window, one bagging). Made eye contact several time with the employee bagging yet he never addressed that I was standing there waiting. After several more minutes, someone came from the back to chat with her two friends hanging out at the counter. She hollered in the back for someone else to came take my order then got on her personal phone and made a call still standing there behind the counter. Two more people appeared and they seemed to talk amongst themselves who would actually come take my order. Finally, order was taken. Now, my order came FAST, but there were issues still. Nugget kids meal with apple juice and ranch dipping sauce: they gave me a kids cup, not apple juice, and no ranch in the order. Chicken sandwich meal (large) with sweet tea: no sweet tea at the self serve counter so I had to flag someone to fill it in the back. The fries I was given were a medium, not a large. Fries were underwhelming (soggy and VERY salty). Dissapointing because this is is such a great location for business, but there have always been issues that have progressively gotten worse over time. Absolutely the rudest workers. Our family stood in line for 15 (YES, FIFTEEN) minutes without so much as an acknowledgement that they would be with us shortly. They made eye contact multiple times, but said nothing. The girl running the drive-thru was chatting on the phone with a friend on her airpod between taking orders and with the other earpiece taking orders for the restaurant. Multiple times we shouted to get her attention and she did not so much as even flinch that she could hear us. The other guy bagging orders for the drive-thru finally told us he was busy and would get to us eventually when we waved him down, but we had enough of the attitude and told him don't worry about it we are leaving now that we've been waiting over 15 minutes. Two other people in front of us walked out before even placing their order as well, they said they had been there almost 20 minutes. I sure hope the manager or owner read this because that's beyond unacceptable. we would have happily waited in line that amount of time if somebody would have just told us they were busy and would be right with us, but to completely and overtly ignore us? The icing on the cake was as we left they made no whisper about swearing that they didn't give a f... classy bunch...
