Miles D. was extremely rude as soon as my friend and I entered. My friend asked him a question about the ingredients in the açaĂ bowls and he was unpleasant. When going to pay, he told us that he was going to ring up the person behind us because our bowls werenât ready. We obliged, assuming that everyoneâs orders were ready. However, we noticed that he let everyone behind us pay, but their orders werenât ready either. We hopped back in line to pay. Miles walked away from the register and continued to walk past us. When he walked by again, I asked him if someone could take our payment. He rudely rang us up, scanned my app, and walked away again, without even asking if I wanted my receipt at first. Because I was still standing there, he then comes back to ask and I told him yes I did want my receipt. I just donât understand how people work in customer service jobs but are rude and donât want to do their job.    Read moreI showed up to this specific location 5 min ago 8:47pm and was trying to get two bowls made. A nice treat for my wife and I. I drove 15 minutes to get to this location. The guy working stated âwe are out of bowlsâ and then he proceeded to state âusually cut off is at 8:30 for bowlsâ so I politely asked âso yâall arenât out of bowls you just arenât wanting to make them?â He proceeded to say âyes thatâs correctâ welllllll Iâm glad thatâs what we do and Iâm especially glad I didnât order it online like I was going to because I wouldâve been upset come pickup and I am told the same thing. That was nothing more than a lazy worker who wants to get paid to do the easy blended drinks. You stand around and finally get a customer with an order MORE PAYING than the drinks and refuse because you just donât want to put in the work. I WILL come back tomorrow to get my bowls. My order was first of three customers behind me who received their purchases before me( might be one of the issues, my finished product was melted). The açaĂ bowl I received was a little melted and the fruit looked overly ripe, so I proceeded to my car in front of smoothie king, sat down in my car and the fruit disappeared into a melted messiness! Immediately I returned inside the store to request a new açaĂ bowl, the young lady who made the original bowl was near the cashier and says thatâs the way itâs made( melted)! I said no, that not how Iâve ever had that same açaĂ bowl and she wanted to go back and forth( poor customer service),so I nicely asked for a refund. First and foremost, the young lady should have gave a humble apology and offered to make a better product, but instead this employee chose to be rude with a sassy attitude!...
