This particular Popeye's has ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was on lunch-break, decided to go to this location. Wait was long, as it ALWAYS is. Started off by ordering a 7 piece cajun sprinkle wing/tots combo, and a 4 pc tender combo. Okay, we get up to the window, I pay, and also have to tell them to give me sauce at the window or they NEVER do. The staff is unfriendly, and just not very good at their jobs. I get told it's a wait, okay... So we pull up. Wait is literally so LONG, they FORGOT my order even existed. I have to go inside the store to tell them I'm still waiting for my order. They just kinda blow it off, one crew member asked me if I wanted a drink. They THROW it together, and hand it to me. No apology. So I rush back to work only to find the order is WRONG (This happens so frequently here, it's usually always something wrong, no sauces, etc. I just go here because it is very close to work) They didn't give me any tots, the wings were plain, no flavor and they gave me the tiniest tenders I have EVER seen. So I call the store, to tell them exactly what was wrong with my order, and how can we fix this. The young lady told me she'd write my name in the books for a full replacement. Okay, awesome! A few days go by, I go in with my initial receipt to claim my order. They dawdle by, then finally a manager (if you could call him that) claims there was nothing written in the book for my incorrect order. I tell him what I told the woman and he claims there is nothing he can do because it is not written in the books. So I got screwed TWICE. Incorrect food, horrific wait time of almost an HOUR, thrown together, terrible service. And then to get it fixed so everyone can move on, they couldn't help me. I have gone here numerous times and every time they get something wrong. (I like to give multiple chances, as I know very well mistakes can happen) This branch has horrible service and needs to be addressed by corp. Why must the customer have to deal with such rude mannered employees who cannot even perform the job they are paid for, and management lacks in any type of category. I suggest you find somewhere else, or another branch. This one has screwed up for the last time with me. I hope Corp can reach out and train these people on how to get an order correct, and how to fix situations like this more appropriately.

My visit was nothing short of a nightmare, and the behavior of the manager on duty was appalling and completely unacceptable.
First, I encountered significant issues with the Popeyes online app, which malfunctioned during my order. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, they were completely incompetent and had no idea how to resolve the problem or process a refund. It is shocking that someone in a managerial position could be so untrained and unprepared to handle basic customer service issues. If your company is going to rely on an app as part of its service, the least you can do is ensure your managers know how to address problems when it fails.
What made this experience even worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue professionally, they were rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but outright disrespectful. I was spoken to in a condescending and hostile manner simply for requesting a credit for the app's failure. This is not the kind of treatment any customer should have to endure, and it reflects poorly on your company as a whole. Frankly, the manager's behavior was so unprofessional that it made me question how someone so unqualified could be entrusted with a leadership role.
This experience has left me with a very negative impression of Popeyes, and I am seriously reconsidering whether I will ever return to this location—or any Popeyes location—again. I strongly urge you to address the lack of training and professionalism at this store, starting with the manager. If this is the standard of service you find acceptable, then it is no wonder customers are left frustrated and dissatisfied.

Read moreI had some fried chicken. The chicken was somewhat warm. It was kind of lukewarm. It could have been hotter but it was lukewarm for the most part. But I had some mac and cheese along with my chicken. The mac and cheese tasted horrible taste like it was reheated from the previous day and had lots of oil in the bottom of the container. It didn't even taste fresh. You can taste the quality of the mac and cheese whenever it's fresh. This mac and cheese didn't even taste fresh. It tastes like it was leftover, mac and cheese. It was not good at all. I didn't even eat it. I just threw it out and was upset with myself for spending that amount of money just on a small side of mac and cheese that wasn't even good. I can see if the mac and cheese was good but it wasn't even delicious at all. I was better off going to a dollar store getting a box of Velveeta or Kraft mac and cheese then what they served here. It was horrible. If you're going to get some mac and cheese from Popeyes I definitely would stay away from it.
