Subway — Restaurant in Pensacola

My daughter and I stopped by on Sunday, March 24th. The two young men working were great. I've never tipped at a Subway before, but I tipped them a few dollars. While we were sitting in the restaurant eating, a red headed woman with a very tight white tank top came in with a full shopping cart. No big deal. Until she started harassing the two workers.

At first it seemed like maybe she was a mother of one of them, and was just being playful with giving them a hard time. Then my daughter and I began to get uncomfortable because it became apparent that this lady was probably a manager or supervisor who was not on the clock. Apparently they burned bread at the store on accident.

It didn't smell like they had, so my daughter asked, "Don't they make bread up front? I thought that's why it smells like fresh bread here." The red headed woman snapped her head around and glared at my daughter, then started yelling at the two young men about how to make bread and to pull it out when it beeps no matter what color it is, and started yelling at them about wasting money.

Her voice was getting louder and angrier with each word.

My daughter and I became very uncomfortable and we grabbed our bags and nearly ran out of the store. I made sure to tell the lady that those boys were fine and did a great job for us, and the reason we were leaving was because of HER.

Her behavior was uncalled for, especially in the front of the restaurant in front of paying customers. I will NOT be going back if I see that woman in the restaurant. NO MATTER WHAT.

This woman triggered my C-PTSD so badly that I had to go straight home. My 11 year old daughter and I were at a loss for words. We just hope those two young men are okay. Next time we go to Walmart we will be peeking inside to see if they're there and likely will assure them that they are and to keep up the good work.

The older gentleman is very Rude to customers. Toxic environment. White guy thinks Blacks STEAL. I ordered plain water to eat with sandwich. Trying to avoid to consuming to many Older, WM, Military haircut, assumed I wanted to steal soda. He left counter, followed customer over to fountain Soda Machine, stood close to watch like I wanted to Steal a drink. Second incident: Left shopping cart to used Bathroom. He followed me into the men's restroom as well. The guy is a CREEP and should be FIRED. FURTHER: I personally witnessed him curse and refused service to a black family of 3. He threw them out !!! I'm not prejudiced, but this subway employee makes me feel uneasy upon visiting. I generally do my shopping in the store, then make a quick stop at subway for lunch. However, lately I get a sense that kind (BLACKS) are not welcomed at this particular Subway store. The store located at 2650 Creighton Road inside Walmart. The older gentleman always Stares at me in the weirdest of ways. He even had the Audacity to follow me to the Mens Restroom like I was some kind of CRIMINAL there to Rob the place. So uncomfortable around this person. A CREEP...

I decided to do a mobile order while waiting in line to check out at Walmart, it would be a lot easier and my food would already be ready.... or that’s what I thought. When I came up to the counter I told them that I had a mobile order and I doubled checked and my card was already charged. The lady at the counter told me there wasn’t any mobile orders at all. Well I was confused on where did my money go, she told me that I must have voided/canceled the order. Well that didn’t make sense because it already charged my card with the stores number on the transaction. As the time went on the lady got rude. She told me that I need to just call corporate because she can’t refund me and she refused to make my order that was already paid for. A man came out and I assume he was the Manger, he was talking to me then called someone else higher up. Then just gave me a number to call to make sure I get a refund, but I just wanted to get my sandwiches that I already paid for. I ended leaving without a refund and without...
