The bar was very nice, the bartender, Tia R was very nice until the end. I ordered a margarita because the price was stated $6 which was a good deal. She asked which tequila I wanted and I went with well. Once I stated I wanted well, she said “you are in happy hour right now so it’ll be $3”. Not once but twice did she tell us the margaritas made with well would be $3. We ordered three margaritas each. We received the bill. I was confused. I asked her nicely twice to explain to me. The first time I asked she said the cheapest she could do was $4 plus $2 for margarita which would be $6. Still no where does that add up to $3 which she explained was the happy hour that ended at 7 pm. Our receipt pictured below has us in at 6:19pm and out at 6:54 pm. So according to her would apply to the $3 happy hour well. I asked her again and i literally said “ I am not trying to be an asshole at all but I don’t understand the charge”. She replied with “I don’t really know what you want me to do about it… I don’t know how to work the system”. Before this we ordered our last round and she was taking shots while our cups were sitting there at her well. Normally I’d have no problem at all. I’m a bartender myself, so I get it. But after that sassy response, we boxed up our food and left. I’m not going to tell you what to do about it, that’s your job. Don’t sell something if you’re not selling it for that price. And then respond with a sassy remark. That was crazy. We left and tipped 10%. The food was very good and the margaritas were good, but we were sold something and then charged another.

Fun spot in West Pensacola near the Navy base. Clean. Good parking. Fun spot to watch a game and hang with friends. The revised menu is a bit restricted and I’d like to have had more non red meat choices, but the menu had apps we enjoyed. We got the jalapeño poppers (there were 18 in the basket) and we got onion rings. There were enough rings for two people in our order. They were really really good. But the best part was the $2.25 Mic Ultra for my wife and the $5.50 Ky Bourbon ale (it was a pint glass too) for me. Those prices mean we will be back. It was a great spot. Unpretentious and what you’d expect to be downtown maybe but the prices were great. Good job Renee (bartender/server).

The worst burger I have ever ate in my life. I came here because one of the reviews said something like “a burger to die for.” Well it actually tasted like a hotdog. I don’t understand. They have a special on Wednesday $0.99 for a burger I wish I went on Wednesday because it’s not even worth $1. I ordered mozzarella sticks the marinara sauce was cold. The sticks were average at best. Only thing good was the fries but kind of hard to mess up fresh cut fries. Better off at Hardee’s next door or McDonald’s to be honest. Owner needs to do something about their hotdog burger. 🤮 Edit: Went through every review after writing this. Looks like the owner gave up on google reviews about two years ago.

If zero stars was an option it would have gotten just that. Straight out the gate the bar portion was closed when we walked in (1145) because they said their bartender didn't show up. Interesting. Then after requesting the draft beer menu they bring us the bottle menu because they can't find the draft one. Okay. We should have honestly left but we were hungry after traveling from NOLA. We order our food and about 8 minutes later she comes back and tells us they are all out of fries...after two of us got sweet potato fries instead (try we're actually really good) the waitress wouldn't leave our third person alone about picking something different and kept coming back and asking if she wanted anything else. The bone-in wings had basically no sauce on them and the boneless wings were just weird all-around. The Cajun fried pickles had more oil than a white girl tanning at the beach on them. Had to use about 6 layers of napkins to get the oil off and even then it wasn't friend pickles because there was basically no breaking so it was essentially warm pickles. I know me some fried pickles and those were whack. Fast forward, the waitress (actually very nice girl) came back to tell me the new price of my meal after discount and but prior to her boss said to not even tell me because I wouldn't notice and to just charge me the full amount. I really hope this was just a fluke and isn't a regular business practice but I will never be returning to this place. The overall atmosphere was sad,...

Five of us went there a few weekends ago on a Saturday night, it was Cinco de Mayo. The place was pretty empty, so the lack of service we had from our waitress was confusing. She'd take forever to bring our drinks, either disappearing off to somewhere or talking with her co-workers. We figured to bypass having to wait on her we'd get the huge beer cooler dispensers that would sit on our table and we could serve ourselves. We waited around forever before she finally brought the base for it, which was dirty with dust. We asked if she could take it to get cleaned, so she took it back to the bar where the other girl bartending claimed loudly that she had cleaned it and then proceeded to make faces and look like she was being inconvenienced to do her job. When we got it back, it still didn't look that clean, as she had only just passed a wet rag over it, and who knows how clean that rag was. We waited at least another 5 or so minutes before we finally got the beer. Those of us that drank from it had little black flecks in their glasses, we weren't sure if it was little gnats or whatever was unwashed in the beer dispenser. Towards the end, we had this guy come out from the kitchen who started trying to serve us. He was the only person who was of any help. If you're looking to go somewhere that has poor service with poor attitudes, dirty drinkware, and extremely loud and drunk patrons, then this...
