Customer Service - 5/5 - Staff was friendly but professional. Product or Service Quality - 3/5 - No public restrooms and some of the holes were poorly made, so the ball would get stuck sometimes. Cleanliness and Organization - 4/5 - Outside was a little dirty, but that's about it. Pricing and Value - 5/5 - Very cheap. Paid $18.00 for 36 holes. That's only 50 cents a hole. Convenience - 5/5 - You walk in, pay, then play. Atmosphere - 5/5 - Got to feel like a kid again. Felt very fun, even before paying. Wait Times - 5/5 - Was in and playing in under a minute. This was a cool course! Clean & well maintained, in good shape. Big sculptures, fun holes. The green one is much harder than the blue one, although both score cards are identical in their par pattern (?) The kiosk isn't permanently manned so you may have to go inside if you want to pay! Lovely & friendly staff. We also had a situation with a bunch of ill-behaved unsupervised young kids who were screaming & running all over the courses, getting in everyone's way and taking people's balls and snacks. The parents were there, just sitting to one side completely ignoring them. Not sure if anything would have been done about it if an employee was on the scene? We had our child's 8th birthday party here Sunday evening and could not be more pleased! Everyone, kids and adults alike, had a blast! By far the least stressful party we've hosted. That is in part to the extremely courteous and helpful staff. They set up the tables & chairs, and even covered the tables with colorful tablecloths. We forgot a few items and they stepped in to save the day. They even put our child's name on their digital sign; such a special touch! It's also very clean- we saw them disinfect tables, chairs, and golf balls after each use. We highly recommend for a fun party! Or for a fun outing- the courses...
