I am a local charter captain and had my Rhodan trolling motor go down between charters. I contacted QCS to inquire about a part and ask for a quick turnaround. The service I received was impeccable. During the process I spoke to 3 different employees. I found all to be knowledgeable, helpful and highly professional. Each went out of their way to help me get back on the water. Best technicians you could find who analyze and correct the electrical problems in your sailboat. Jake identified issues we didn't even know we had yet and gave us low-cost solutions.
