I asked for no foam on my hot drink now we all know that when you steam milk it will foam up. But that’s why Starbucks has the large spoons to scoop stuff like that off I requested for the foam to be scooped off my drink I’m currently pregnant and the foam really upsets my stomach. I explained this while ordering and the photo below is what I received. The disregard from the baristas to blatantly disregard my request is a form of disrespect. The drinks that we buy are not cheap if I pay for it why can’t I receive it the way I asked for it I’m very disappointed smh I had to go home and take the foam off which by that time my hot drink is now cold. Read moreThis is a smaller Starbucks, but that isn't a negative. It's a cozier atmosphere and the baristas are always friendly. It's very near my house so I'm there enough that I feel like Norm walking into Cheers. Even when busy, the store is generally neat, organized and clean which makes for pleasant surroundings if you want to hang out for a bit. There are enough power plugs along the wall tables so you probably won't have to negotiate for those either unless you have a huge number electronics. I have a small surge protector with a couple of plugs and USB ports if I'm planning on camping out. Read moreI submitted a mobile order. My drinks were 3/4 full. I kindly asked the manager if she could fill the cup up. She told me no because she put the standard amount. She told me because I asked for light ice(I prefer my drinks not to be ¾ ice), I only got 3/4 cup(or less). The manager totally refused to add more milk. I told her this has never been an issue before at the other Starbucks. She said they are not supposed to add more than what is required (whatever that means).
