Can it be true? The west valley has finally caught up with all things cool and delicious. I knew walking into the shop I was at home. The vibe was so chill, fun and welcoming no matter what door you came through. Yes, there are multiple entrances depending on where you park. The back lot takes you right inside to cozy chairs, a fabulous instagram worthy wall with couch included for photos as well as a hallway full of local art to purchase hanging from the walls as you make your way to the register. The main door at the front of the store isn’t lacking either. There are both large and small sets of tables for a large group or a few friends . Again there is a cozy couch tucked away near the counter as well. (Think Friends). The menu is pretty vast and includes some amazing food options. You skipped breakfast? No problem because I had the best avocado toast of my life. The shop was busy with people working on laptops , a few groups of friends/family and one person ahead of me ordering. They offer a good seasonal menu as well. Once it was my turn I knew already from looking in their case that I was purchasing cold brew for there to enjoy with my avocado toast and possibly taking some home because I saw they bottled it in concentrate. Service was fabulous from the start. Everyone was smiles and answered my basic questions about heavy whipping cream and all because I run into some shops who don’t carry it. Not that it would stop me, but I do love a bit of it in my cold brew. I was asked my name and told they’d call my drink out when ready, but would bring my food to my table since I was dining in . As I waited I walked around the large location to check out items for purchase. I loved they sell their own beans, mugs and tumblers as well as local honey and more. I love supporting local business and was so pleased to see an artist’s work for sail on the walls as I’d said earlier in the post. My cold brew was called and that first sip was wonderful. Not acidic and so smooth. The flavor was great. I talked with who I think was one of the owners who said they’re working on coming up with a nitro option. I can’t wait to give it a try. It’s been hard to find great tasting nitro locally. My toast soon followed and looked almost too tasty to eat. Who am I kidding? I was starving! Eggs to your liking are an added option for a few dollars more and I chose scrambled. It came with two slices of toast, chopped tomato, onion, of course avocado and everything bagel seasoning. Even down to the last bite the toast didn’t get soggy and fall apart. It was toasted well. The toppings were fresh. I left so full. I enjoyed the cold brew so much I did purchase a bottle to take home. She bagged it up well for me and told me how to pour it at home depending how much I’d drink. The shelf life estimates at about two weeks in the refrigerator. If I enjoy it I was told I could rinse the bottle out and bring it back to refill it and a less expensive cost. Such a breath of fresh air to find such a great local business close to home. While I enjoy visiting downtown once in a while it’s great to not have to drive an hour for good service, coffee and the vibe I enjoy. If you haven’t been yet I hope this review sways you. It really did start my morning off great.

First thing out of the way, the atmosphere is pretty great. Unique seating, chill boho vibe, which no doubt leads to a lot of the favorable reviews. Where the fly hits the ointment is in the execution. The food and coffee are good, but not remarkable, and the service could use some sharpening up. For example, food took a little while to get out, but the coffee was another 5 minutes after. Not busy, and about as many employees as patrons. Nevertheless I had a pleasant visit, and will come back as little spots like this just don't exist in this neighborhood. I just hope as they continue on they continue to improve, as there is something potentially really great here, it's just not there yet.

Every Friday I work from a new coffee shop I remember attending the farmers market and they had a pop up I was pretty excited for them to finish their building as I was on the hunt for mushroom coffee So far this has been the best mushroom coffee I’ve ever had and I added cold foam to really give it a pop up The breakfast menu is good and the sandwich was yummy My only feedback would be I ordered a sandwich with bacon and different peppers but it was mostly just egg The staff is friendly and assisted with any questions They even provided a pup cup for my doodle Great vibe and I enjoyed working from there I would definitely return

I rarely post reviews, but today my experience at Bully Brew warrants it. I went to the Farmers market today and was told by another vendor that Bully Brew owns a "monopoly" there where no other vendors can serve coffee. Which explains so much because I go to the farmers market almost every Saturday and there is never coffee there besides Bully Brew. The person I was with ordered a "hot" coffee outside. They gave him a drink sleeve which was not needed due to the "hot" drink being lukewarm. I ended up going into the physical store because they only have drip at the farmers market. I will say the inside is very instagrammable. I ordered a "cinny roll" (it was ok) and a Peppermint Mocha Iced Coffee 24 oz. When I received it, I took a few sips and it was way too mocha-y for me; I could not taste the peppermint at all. I went inside to ask if they could fix it, I asked for more milk and more peppermint, but the barista cut me off and told me to take off the lid. The line was growing inside and I felt like an inconvenience for wanting a drink I could actually drink. I spent $7 for this drink and even after she "fixed" it, I could not drink it. I stirred and sipped the it at the counter, but knew it still wasn't right. No one asked if I liked the drink better or how they could help. I try to shop small and support local as much as I can, but I will not be going back to Bully Brew due to the service and...

UPDATE -8/19/2025

3 months later and my experience has completely changed. Made a mobile order to be ready by 8:00 AM, website said I couldn’t have it ready until 8:20. Okay I can work with that. I arrive and the back door is locked, and it’s still not ready, no drinks and no food. I have an appointment that now I’ll end up arriving late at. No accountability from the young girls just standing around talking instead of working, which had multiple other drink tickets by the way not finished. The previous visit to here on 8/12 I ordered a burrito that the one blonde girl with glasses set behind the counter and we waited 30 minutes after our drinks were ordered to be told that was our food and we waited for nothing. I wanted to give a pass for that but this recent visit has now tainted the experience for me. This is really unfortunate as I really enjoyed the coffee and food but it’s just not worth it for the catty employees and lack of customer care to keep coming back.

Love this place! Great atmosphere to grab a delicious coffee or treat for studying or meeting friends. Fairly large seating arrangements inside and outside to accommodate various groups or handicapped Individuals. Staff are kind and answer any questions. I’ve tried just about every sandwich and treat they have, nothing has disappointed me! The Bananas Foster Chai is delicious with an extra shot...
