This location needs help! especially on weekends during lunch hours. Whenever i am at this one (i usually go to and prefer the 67th ave location in general) it's usually on a weekday, but today, on a saturday, around 1:30, wow. I was there a lot longer than i would ever be at a fast food place. First, they take a while to even come up to you at the register because they seem so short staffed behind the counter and kitchen and keeping up with the drive-thru as well. Once i got my order, it was wrong, and for some reason, I feel like i had to wait about 25 minutes for a new fresh reorder. I noticed several other customers before and after me we're getting impatient and orders messed up too. I think i was in their a good 40-50 minutes, which is WAY to long to be in a burger king. I stuff happens and there different circumstances for everyone, but this location needs more help/bodies working in it during peak lunch hours, especially on weekends. This location always seems so short staffed. I get it that working fast food is a pretty last resort, non-desirable job, but there are still people out there who would be grateful to even have any work and this location needs to find those people, because it can use the help. Everyone that works here is friendly though, no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOnly rating 1 star because thereās not an option to rate 0 stars, Iāve never been so disrespected by an employee at a fast food chain in my life. This chubby peter griffin looking guy that told me his name was Jacob, was very rude when I noticed he charged me over a dollar extra for cheese on my jr whoppers which Iāve never had happen to me before at that same location, so before I paid I told him I canāt pay the dollar extra for cheese as our cheese burgers were already made & he shouted to remake the jr whoppers without cheese & throw away the already made burgers that I asked nicely if I could have without having to pay the extra dollar for cheese. Not only did he waste perfectly good food, but he embarrassed me in front of other customers trying make me seem broke for not affording cheese, then he said ā I can only give you one of each sauceā then I said ā can I please have two of eachā & he was just using his power working there in a very wrong way. Hope that fat rude FVCK...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAshlyn, not sure if she's manager but she was very rude to my husband. He presented a coupon at the cash register so the gentlemen grabbed her and asked to input the code. She told my husband in a very rude attitude "next time give us the code at the menu!". Then she waved her hands up and said she can't put the code in the system and walked away. My husband paid $5 for it when it was suppose to be free. She needs to learn to be nice and if he needs to present the code at the menu then they need to ask every customer if they have a code at the menu. I snapped shot a photo of the code too Incase it disappeared and it doesn't say mention at the window, only at checkout. I called her and she did not offer me credit. I will be contacting her district manager. Main thing is, she shouldn't give attitude to a customer. My husband is nice so he said that's fine but I'm upset she was rude to him and didn't even try to give him credit. She needs to learn how to do that when a coupon...
