Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Peoria

Would Rate zero if possible.. Called to order 8 pizzas for my son's birthday tomorrow and then ordered a pizza and wings for tonight at 5:30. Said it would be an hour...called again at 7:30 and somehow my order for tonight for placed on tomorrow's order....ok someone made a mistake. They said they would have my order to me in 30 mins....after 45 minutes I call in and my order clearly wasn't coming. Asked to speak with a manager to cancel and have both my orders refunded and they didn't even seem to care. Said they tried calling me twice but my phone never even rang..and they look up my order with the same order. Clearly not ordering from them anymore. There are a dozen other pizza places that would love my business. Bad customer service Pizza...

I love the convenience of the app the pizza , breadsticks and wings where awesome the only thing was when the pizza was dropped off I had no idea it was delivered , no idea how long it had been there I did not receive a text or any notification that the pizza was delivered. I had just recently had surgery and could not travel at the time so I thought this service would be perfect I just wish somebody would have notified me for that amount of money. I will continue to use the service I will just be in a better situation to where I can keep an eye on the front door....

Ordered online and was quoted 25 mins. 45 minutes later still no pizza, called in to check the status and eas told that the driver had left the store 20 minutes prior (I live 3 miles from the store). I understand the driver has multiple places to deliver and that isn't what was the most frustrating. The irritating part was the non-chalant employee that answered my staus check call. I was totally brushed off and when I asked to speak to a manager, of course they were on another call (probably with another upset customer). Guess I will be taking my pizza...
