Don’t bother coming here! Terrible service, staff is unprofessional and poorly managed. They have no excuse they were not slammed, see pics. To Begin, we had high hopes fr the reviews and had seen the place busy before. The Wait to get seated and no greet from any employee started to raise eyebrows. Add, one of their staff was vaping inside by the online pickup area. Once finally seated at our table another uncomfortable wait sunk in (menus no good, it confuses what the place is) Now regretting we came here and about to leave, our waitress Amanda (should look into another career) apologizes then takes our order. BIG SHOCK!, we waited for our drinks (beer was warm yuck) after waiting another 25 min still no food, Amanda says, “Sorry no more fish, do you want a menu?” Ughhhh! Really! Thinking to myself, Is this really happening, I can’t remember this sort of piss poor service since 2020. She returns and drops off a menu. Keep in mind the pizza hasn’t arrived yet). We have now been here an hr. Completely fed up I asked our wonderful (jk) waitress for the check, manager, and pizza to go. GueSs What? That’s right, WAITED some more. At this point sine we lost an hour and a half maybe their manager can help us understand how and why something like this could happen to a loving couple, Marine Corps Veteran, God fearing, tax paying, Country loving people like ourselves. “Tracy” comes over to us appearing sincere hears me out, apologizes and says she will see what she can do but will remove the fish from the check (I sure would hope so since it never came). To my amazement she brings us a coupon, Pathetic! A 20 coupon towards a meal on your next visit. Tracy, No Thank you! We are so disappointed. We go to this location regularly as it is our oldest son's favorite place. Tonight when we arrived we were seated at a booth. About 2 minutes after being seated we were asked to move to another booth, without explanation , but we obliged. The booth we were moved to was disgusting. It was filled with food from the previous customers and crawling with ants! My 13 year old was bitten by an ant! We informed the hostess and asked to move. We were moved to a small booth. So, we were 3 adults 1 teenager and 1 kid shoved into a booth for 4. This booth hadnt been cleaned as there was still the check from previous customers at the table along with an empty cup and used napkin. No one brought us menus or acknowledged us. After sitting there for 15 minutes we got the attention of a waitress walking by and asked if we were going to be served. She informed us she wasn't our server but would take our order. As she was taking our order the guy who was actually assigned as our server said "I got this". The female server left. The male waiter didn't apologize for his lack of attention and took our order. When our food came out our wings didn't even have sauce on them. The food was so so. We had to ask the waiter to take the previous customers receipt/bill off the table and just ignored the used cup and napkin as the employees obviously don't care about customers or their experience. It was so bad that even though we have loved this place before, we won't be coming back. I dont know if they have new management or what but its was dirty, full of bugs and trash with poor service. And not once did anyone apologize or offer something to make up for the ants and multiple times we had to move. My advice, go elsewhere, unless you enjoy other people's used cups and napkins and being bitten by ants...

It's pretty clear ownership/management isn't monitoring this page, but if you're a consumer thumbing through reviews I hope you'll take a minute to read. If you're not a reader, our visit for 2 adults and a 16 month old took over an hour and 1/2 AND we were overcharged. We arrived about 10 minutes til 6pm on a Thursday night. We were sat promptly and we placed our order was submitted at 6:12pm. All day special on Thursday is large 1 topping pizza for $9.99 & wings .75/each. Our pizza arrived at 630pm, not a long wait. However, when the pizza was dropped off we were told our wings would be out in a few minutes. Almost a half hour passed, we finished the pizza and our server actually attempted to drop off our tab! We told her we were still waiting on our wings and a manager would also be out to speak to us. The wings came out minutes after that, and the manager followed to apologize for the wait. I though he may offer to comp the wings or offer a discount on a future visit. Nope. Roughly ten minutes after that our son decided he'd had enough, and it was time for us to leave. Around 7:15 I finally received the check, and to my surprise not only did the manager not comp anything, BUT WE WERE OVERCHARGED?!? $23.98 regular price for 10 x 2 wings plus two $3.49 discounts. Check out the receipt for yourself! It's not about the $2.00 we were overcharged, but EVERY customer that ordered that special has been overcharged...nothing like padding the 'ol stats there. I alerted the server and her response to me was "we just push a button". SMH. After waiting ANOTHER 15 minutes (see time stamp) the server brought us back the corrected check. This place is literally right around the corner from our house, and we won't return anytime soon,...
