Only one server at lunch and she was way overworked. My burger came out without the tomato, pickles, onion and lettuce that it comes with. I must have missed on the menu where the burgers are all double burgers, as that is too much and I would have ordered something else or asked specifically for a single. Food was fine taste wise, typical bar food. It did take an hour to come out, probably due to the shortage in staffing. I’ve accompanied this bar many times with my white friends and they’ve never asked to see an ID when I have not purchased alcohol. I took my friends who are also black to this bar and the bartender woman with black hair demanded to see our IDs. This isn’t a issue but the fact she never asked the white people who just came into the bar with us for IDs before serving them alcohol. When I asked her about this she stated, “ I’m going to check their IDs now after serving them liquor. This is extremely upsetting to me to know this is the kind of behavior that goes on in this bar. Me and my family ate at this Crusen's restaurant back in February of this year. The food was so delicious, and the staff was friendly. The only problems were that the quality of lighting is terrible, the walls were dark, and the place smelled a little funny in there sometimes. The improvements that this place needs are brighter LED lighting, white walls, and to make sure that the place smells very good at all times.
