Don't go here. I tried to be reasonable with this location, had a couple bad experiences but figured that's just gonna happen sometimes. After this last try, I can't see anybody seriously enjoying a meal there.
For one, the staff's general attitude is not just unprofessional (which I wouldn't care about on its own), but they seem to be entirely apathetic and even bothered at having customers. Maybe that's the point of their awful service? Less customers, more time to blab to each other in the kitchen?
I went in to get a sandwich because I got a gift card recently, and figured "well, it's not even my money so let's see how it goes". I asked for my sub to be toasted, and in the middle of it toasting the guy who was watching decided to just ignore it. It burned, obviously, and he just didn't say a word about it.
When it got to this other guy to do toppings, I waited to see what he'd say. Surely he'd notice it's charred, even if he somehow didn't hear the oven beeping for over a minute straight. But no, he just glanced down at it and asked what I'd like. I just said "nah sorry, that's burnt, I'm not paying for that". All he said was "no it's not". Fantastic conversational skills from that guy.
He also tried to correct another guy's order when he screwed up the toppings that were asked for. Can you guess what Einstein did? New sub? Apology? Even a faint "my bad"? Nah, he just scooped the toppings off and proceeded to keep screwing up the toppings AGAIN.
Not even on a gift card, I hope their location gets hit with a health violation...

Unfortunately I couldn’t leave right away to pick it up which was my fault completely forgot, but I did call to see if I could get refunded and cancel the order, she stated no and it’s been sitting since 2pm because she already made it, when I called it was 2:23 exactly. Not sure why it was made so early. So I came as soon as I could anyways to pick it up, I had asked for extra pepperoni and never received it so I went in and asked if I could get that, the lady behind the counter told me that it’s an extra charge so I asked if it was alright if she just rang it up and just put it in there basically reheat it and she went into about how it’s extra and she needs to charge me whatever the cost wasn’t an issue but she was talking about how wasting a whole pizza if she has to throw it out and remake it or whatever but she is very very rude. I understand everyone is short staff but I was very nice to her and being understanding and I let her know I wasn’t being rude I’ve spoken to her with respect but she was visibly not trying to deal or even...
Read moreNever, EVER order online at this location! I truly wish that we were closer to a different Subway. Sadly, we're not. Part of the problem is the franchise. They seem to be out of ingredients each time. Our very worst experience occurred this evening. We ordered online (only way to use the national coupons... full price is just ridiculously overpriced!!!!) We ordered and paid online at 9:10pm. This location closes at 10. When we went to pick up our paid-for food, the single mumbly, surly, lazy, incredibly rude employee declared "th'aint no meat". Huh???? A Subway with NO MEAT? She'd already put the ingredients away at 9:25, and REFUSED to make our sandwiches!!! She claims to have "voided" the order. We'll see if it comes off our credit card. Horrible girl! So, yeah, we will need to stop ordering Subway. Update, two months later: The horrible girl did NOT void the charges. We paid for sandwiches that she refused to make. We haven't, and will NEVER AGAIN purchase food from this location - or ANY Peoria-area location in this...
