This opening was ROUGH. For my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, this location is way smaller than any other cookies location I've been to previously in other states. As far as my purchase I will give a star for the help with the bud tender who was very friendly and knowledgeable. However the product selection was still rather small and lacking in comparison to actual products on display that weren't even available for purchase. The blue lights were also becoming super overbearing to the point it was hard to look in any direction. Their special for the opening was pretty much a "Spend more, Get more" with higher tiers presumably getting more out of the deal. I opted in for this cause I had a few things I really wanted to try. When I got in line, I saw the back counter where people's orders where being prepared. People in lower tiers were getting swag including, shirts, trays, and extra goodies. However when it gets to my turn, my order being over $200 after tax, I merely got a free single drink, a gram of frankly pretty old dry flower (about 6 months) and a little pack of edibles. My experience with Cookies has been fantastic so far. I've purchased from them multiple times, I live a block away so it's my go to spot!

Service: Honestly, the service has been the best part of my cookies experience. Each employee I've dealt with has been able to answer all of my questions without hesitation, whenever I ask for a recommendation, they have 2-3 ready to recommend. I had to deal with who I'm assuming was a manager due to a online payment mishap, he was easy to deal with and I could tell he cared about resolving the issue.

Products: Premium bud and Craft bud selection is growing! The cookies brand is top notch, good smokes. My only gripe about products is I prefer purchasing Half's or Ounces, and most of the strains Im willing to purchase that much of aren't available in that size.

My one and only complaint is the lighting. Obviously they won't change the lighting just for little ol me, but that blue really...

The staff was so welcoming, they offered to help me find a replacement product when I found out the strain I wanted was too much after taxes were applied. The staff was really on point with assisting.

Is it possible to update the website to show taxes applied to the products. Either via a check-out screen or it's already put into the price. If they are like the other dispensaries in town, it's cheaper to pay in cash than with your card (usually has a 3$ - 5$ convince charge on top of taxes)

My only gripe is that the parking lot is tiny, so if you have a big car, you may need to park on the street. The location definitely need some lights in the parking area, when it gets dark at 430 pm it can be hard to see where the driveway is as well as backing out to make sure you are not hitting someone else's vehicle.
