This was my first time going to a piercing parlor to get an ear piercing (I got my lobes done at claire's when I was a kid). I was getting my tragus pierced, and I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but this was a worry free experience. As soon as I got there, Nic welcomed me in and walked me through every single step of getting signed in and ready. The facility was extremely clean and sterile. Nic let me pick out my jewelry and then went to get the paperwork for me to fill out, which was all super easy to understand, even for someone who hasn't ever gotten a cartilage piercing before. Once we got back to the room, he showed me all the equipment he was going to use and walked me through the purpose of each. When he started the piercing process, he talked me through every single step as it was happening, which made the whole process super easy and comfortable. After it was done, he explained every step of cleaning it and gave me the required materials. The overall cost was $45, which was incredibly reasonable. I got 3 piercings done from Nic about a month ago. I got my forward helix, tragus and rook piercing done and all three of them failed miserably. My rook and tragus (pierced on the same side) immediately got infected because Nic pierced my rook too far into my ear that caused a part of my ear to cover the piercing and not allow for swelling. This mixed with a sea salt mixture he advised me to use, despite my wanting to use STERILE saline solution, caused my piercings to get severely infected. All of this ill advice and terrible placement resulted in a trip to my closest urgent care and cost me a total of $300 to remove my infected piercings. My last piercing was my forward helix on my other ear and as of today the back post just fell out when I was cleaning it. Not once in the 8 piercings I've had done has that ever happened. I've tried putting the post back in but due to swelling and risk of infection I've decided to give up. I would not recommend him to anyone who wants their piercings to last, I should have trusted my gut not to make an appointment and that mistake cost...

Just witnessed one of my friends get pierced by Nic. He was extremely friendly, funny, and made the entire process very enjoyable for not only my friend but for me to watch as well! He was very informative regarding explaining the process, verbally explaining what he was doing as he was doing it, talking to you during the process, even explained aftercare in detail, and answered all of our questions!

After having had a bad experience at a different company which resulted in me having to remove the piercings, witnessing Nic and his expertise instantly sold me on coming to him when I'm ready to get them redone! I've witnessed friends get piercings by professionals across the state, and never have I seen it done so professionally and properly.
