I cannot thank The Floratory enough for what they did for me today. I needed a very special and meaningful bouquet to propose to my girlfriend—truly one of the most important moments of my life. Since I came to Silicon Valley to meet her, I am not familiar with the local flower shops. I had a dinner reservation at 7:30 pm, so I planned to pick up the bouquet before 7:00.

However, around 5:00 pm, I realized that most flower shops in the area were already closing by then. Feeling desperate, I called The Floratory. Even though they were about to close, a very kind young lady and her mother listened to my situation and immediately offered to help. They were absolute life savers.

Not only did they agree to make the bouquet, but they also created something absolutely beautiful and perfectly fitting for such a meaningful occasion. Knowing that the proposal was just a few hours away, they went above and beyond by providing a vase so the flowers could stay fresh, and carefully packaging everything so it would not tip over in the car. Their attention to detail and genuine care moved me deeply, especially since I am unfamiliar with the Peoria area and was already anxious about the day.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Floratory. I ordered a birthday flower arrangement and received a photo of the bouquet around 10:30 AM, which looked lovely. However, the actual delivery didn’t happen until late in the same day. No one ever communicated a delivery window, and I assumed, as most people would, that the flowers would be delivered within a couple of hours of them being ready. After all, who wants to receive birthday flowers towards the end of the day? They completely missed the mark and left me feeling frustrated. Beautiful arrangement or not, timing matters — especially for special occasions. Friendly tip: If you order flowers from here, make sure that you ask about/or request a specific time that you want your order delivered or else it will be towards the end of the day. Ordering flowers for a funeral can be nerve wracking, but Lindsey made it an enjoyable process. She has some unique arrangements that stand out. Lindsey explained the process to me so that there were no surprises and even sent a picture of the finished product. I was confident that the person received what I paid for and planned on sending.
