Federico's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Peoria

I had a problem with what I ordered but girl who came to talk to me was pleasant & nicely explained that I had ordered the wrong thing . That being said I will say Ferericis is my favorite Mexican restaurant but I am new to this location but this is where I live now . Their prices have definitely gone up I cud barely afford to buy myself food esp since I accidently ordered a larger portion & of course they would not give money back although I had not accepted order but had already paid for it . A few problem with this order is was finally made me write in . First of all I asked for NO CHEESE , CORN TORTILLAS & top make it worse there is several large pieces of egg shell mixed in the eggs . Yes they put cheese on order & gave me flour tortilla which I said I didn't eat . Very disappointed by this location but staff was very nice over all just need to pay more attention over all food was good after I removed cheese & threw out flour tortilla & spit...

12/28/18 Today I visited your location at: 8777 Grand Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345. I ordered two soft tacos. One chicken and one shrimp. Both with little pico de gallo and little guac and an order of french fries. When I got home, my entire order was wrong. Neither of the tacos had pico or guac and the chicken was a hard shell taco. I went back to the restaurant. Mind you, I live in El Mirage. 20mins away. When I got there I told the young lady my order was wrong and before she open the boxes and looked she said "we're not going to remark the shrimp taco because you got what you ordered. I watched my boss make it." After she opened the boxes she realized that everything was wrong. She didn't even offer an apology. All she did was say "Ok, we'll fix it." This is AFTER basically telling me I'm lying about my order. I spent almost $13 on food that still wasn't done properly. After this experience, I will not be visiting this...

Honestly disappointed came and ordered at 12:30 AM got super nachos and carne asada fries both cheese weren’t melted and meat was like warm not even all meat was warm. In the super nachos I got stale and cold potions of meat, beans and cheese. I’m just disappointed because none of the food was actually hot even the fries, I have to rewarm it on top of chips we’re stale . Good to know I got finesse for wanting food. Also place stays open 24 hours but they looked closed at 12:30am when I got there and seem unmotivated to actually make the order which makes sense why my order came out without much effort. Imagine spending $40 on two food items and drinks and both food items with undercooked fries, cold meat and stale chips. I understand it’s 12: 30 am but just close your restaurant if your workers get mad over people ordering food at a food place where it claims opened...
