Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Peoria

I do not usually review on my bad experiences. I don’t usually review at all, unless the business requests me to. However I am a Dutch Bros regular. I have never liked coffee from any other place besides Dutch Bros. I have been a loyal, almost daily customer of Dutch Bros since 2017. First in northern Cali, and since relocating to Arizona I usually go to the location on 57th and Bell, or to one of the two locations on 83rd and Thunderbird. I happened to be in the area of this Dutch Bros location last night, Saturday evening, with my teenage son. The drive through line was very long and the walk up window had just two couples in the line. We decided to park and walk up. Getting our order taken was quick, but after ordering the experience went downhill. From ordering until I was given our two drinks took an unbelievable 33 minutes. I stood watching as the Dutch Bros employees continued to take orders from the customers arriving, while the staff making the drinks kept adding more already prepared drinks to the counter right by the walk up window. After seeing my sons and mine sit there for next to 20 minutes, I politely asked the girl if she could pause taking more orders, and pass out the drinks that were already made. She was rude and really very unprofessional with her response. Then she continued to take 4 more orders. When she finally began to hand out the drinks that had been sitting on the counter, she passed by mine and handed out drinks to two people who had ordered after me. As she was calling out the name of a third person who was after me I approached the window and asked her again if I could please have my two drinks. She gave the drinks to me, but as we had ordered the Dutch freeze, and the drinks had now been made and sitting on the counter for over a half hour, both my sons and my drinks were half melted and liquified. In a time when everything is expensive, and for most of us a Dutch drink is a splurge and a treat, I was truly saddened by this whole situation. if i could give this specific location 0 stars, i would. i came by this evening to get a drink for me and my family. when i pulled up, there was understandably, already a line. i was the first car in the left lane waiting to pull up. there was no “broista” outside when we pulled up. as soon as another car pulled into the right lane, someone finally came out. he immediately went to that car and skipped me. i waited to see if he would come to me but to my surprise, he went to the car that had just pulled in behind me instead. i waited to see if he would come to me after that, still no. i decided to wait until i got to the window. i let the girl in the window know no one ever came to my car. she looked at me and asked, “so you just came to the window” and i responded yes, there were cars in front and behind me, there was no where to go. she continued with such a condescending tone asking why i didn’t flag anyone down, as if its my job to make sure the “broista” does his job to make sure he got all the cars in line. with dutch bros having a reputation of being fun and energetic, i will not be going to this location again when i was met with such a...

Well if I got the correct order it may have been good but getting my order correct was mission impossible for them apparently. All the order was was 2 small milkshakes(of 2 different kinds) 1 medium milkshake and 1 medium blended golden eagle. They charged me for 3 small milkshakes 2 of them were the same and a large iced mocha and the golden eagle. First off the person who took my order would not look at me at all. When I get to the window she skips over the order and hands me 5 drinks and I was confused. I repeat my order to find out they never even made my drink. Yes they refunded the drinks I did not want but the medium milkshake they remade as a small when I let them know it was a medium they remake it again but not even what I asked for. I was so fed up with their inability to do their job I took it as is. It was disgusting BTW. Got home and my husband asked what happened to his. And noticed they didn't give him the right drink either. Black rock is just down the road and way better then this cheap overpriced...
