I purchased from the drive thru (2/17/23) at 9036 W Union Hills Dr, Peoria, AZ 85382. I ordered a side of pico for my burrito & was not advised there would be a charge. I was charged $2.20 for the pico which would have been fine; however, it was extremely small, in a container the size of the salsa. I went inside to advise I was charged for the pico & received it in a small salsa container so I was wondering if that was an error and I just didn’t get the correct size. The cashier said no that’s the correct size. I advised, I was not told there would be a charge for the small side of pico. I asked if I could give it back and get a refund (the receipt says, “returns with receipt only same day”). She said no she couldn’t do that. I said okay, can I speak with a manager. The manager, “Sydney” came over. I explained the situation, she said it’s listed on the sign outside that there’s a fee for the pico. I said it’s not & if it is, I missed it. I explained it should have been disclosed when I placed my order but it wasn’t. The manager had a smirk on her face the whole time. I told her this wasn’t funny & I didn’t find her behavior appropriate. I asked if there was another manager available. She said no. She said she was the Store Manager. I said okay, then what is the name of the other manager or managers so I could contact them later. She refused the name or names. She said they’re not here so I’m not giving you the name. I said okay, then what’s the District phone number or website. She refused that info and said Google it. I said, that was not an appropriate response from a manager. She said if $2.20 is a big deal then work harder. Some words were now exchanged & she said leave or I’m calling the cops. I said excellent call them please & as I was leaving she flipped me off. This is absolutely not acceptable behavior when a customer has a concern or complaint. Especially, from a manager! HORRIBLE experience with a person in a management position who should clearly not be in this position. Her inexperience and behavior towards a customer is both concerning and appalling! So disappointed with this Filibertos! Tried finding a district number but since they are a franchise no luck. I hope someone reads this and action is taken within the restaurant to either train, re-train or terminate...
Read moreI wanted a nice hot something for breakfast too tired to cook after shopping I stopped here ordered the breakfast burrito ((steak,eggs and cheese) got home settled down with my coffee and burrito I bit into a slice near the middle it was dry as a bone no moisture at egg cooked to a crisp when I called back The young lady agreed to replace the sandwich as if this happens all the time now I have lost my appetite what about a refund. I asked she stated “look at the bottom of your receipt Now I have to drive 6mi round trip to get a sandwich that might be as bad as the first…the RECEIPT does state “ returns with receipt only same day no exceptions no cash refund“ WoW I will go back ONLY for burrito replacement and I will give it to see someone that’s hungry….you will be placed on my groups page of a place not to eat. We won’t be gambling on how you are serving your food.
2nd incident OK I went back to take my burrito that same young lady told me “ you lied on your review I was going to give you a replacement burrito just to be nice“ and the cook opened up the burrito took his hands and filter through all the ingredients of the burrito then stated it is moist don’t see where it’s dry and we can’t get give you a refund because you ate half of it not so they read the 1st review and decided how they would handle my request.I cut the tip of to get to the ingredients of the burrito so because I took 2 bites out of it I spit out the 2nd bite maybe they refused to give me another burrito or a refund even after opened the burrito and fingered through all the ingredients. (The young lady also use the fact that I would give the sandwich to a hungry person as a reason for not replacing my order or giving me a refund)…this is not a place to do business!!!!!!

I ordered online thru a 3rd party and asked for a burrito with "lots of green salsa on the side" written on the burrito order and repeated the comment in the section at the end of the order. I got my order with NO salsa. $14.00 for a dry burrito. I politely called to let them know what happened and was told I'm sorry you can come get some salsa if you want. Clearly I didn't pay double the price for the convenience of delivery just to drive over to get my salsa! No big deal, I was friendly. It was a mistake. Just ordered again tonight figured it was worth another try. Wrote the same comment with the burrito order and again at the end of the order. This time 2 tiny red salsas and no green salsa at all. It's $14.00 for a wasted burrito. Too dry to eat. What's so hard? This time I'm upset. I called again and they argue saying there was green salsa in the bag and told me for a burrito I can only get 2 little tiny cups of salsa total when I ask for extra. They don't offer to do anything to fix it, credit me the wasted money for now 2 wasted orders or even part of it. Just tell me I can drive over and pick up the salsa. They even blamed the delivery driver for taking just the green salsa out of the bag. Really? Twice in a row? There is no manager to talk to. I have to leave my number for someone to supposedly call me back at a random time tomorrow in the middle of my work day. That's all I get. Can't believe I wasted my time and $28 for 2 burritos that aren't as ordered and not eaten. Let's see see if I get a call now. Can't wait to see what they do to fix it... I don't have high hopes...
