Let me start with Noodles n Company has been my favorite restaurant for YEARS. My mouth waters thinking about it.
However, I will not return to this location again.... for the years I've been eating at this location ive had the same problems that haven't been addressed.
The bathroom is the grossest bathroom ivw been in. Before entering you have to take a deep breath so you dont breathe in the stench that is always there....a stench I've never smelt before. This last trip, the bathroom was so bad you could smell it outside the building before walking in. The bottom of the toilets look like they have actual poo smeared along the entire thing. The sink looks like they never clean it. You could rub your finger on it and it would "smudge" . YIKES!! Imagine what the kitchen looks like.
The drink machine is disgusting. You can see food and grease that has been left from other people's fingers. Any time of day I eat at this location it looks like it's cleaned off at the end of the day.
The containers that hold the papered salt n peper get neglected as well. Ice cubes get put in as well as lemons, ruining all of them.
Very much dislike the bowls they changed too. They are flat and bigger...the noodles cool off faster and cheese doesnt melt properly.
Management does not do a proper job of delegating employees or keeping a handle in the place. While eating two boys brought in scooters. They were yelling the whole time as well as riding their scooters thru the entire establishment instead of walking. Almost hitting multiple other customers. Employees and management just walked by and allowed the bafoonary.
Overall the experience at this place no longer makes me happy. It actually repulses me.
I would reconsider before eating at...
Read moreOur order was supposed to be ready at 7:12pm. We did not receive our food until 7:35pm. Everyone was goofing off except for one cook trying her hardest to push out orders. 3 cooks and only 1 was truly working.
One of our meals was made incorrectly. They asked for it to be made again. After 10 minutes of it not being made, the man at the front asked the cooks to make it again. The cook said “Oh, I forgot.” Another 5 minutes goes by and they had to ask her for it again.
We went to ask for a refund after waiting so long. We were told it would take 24 hours. We asked if there was anyway to get a cash refund. We were told that was not possible. The man, who I’d assume was the cashier, then threatened to call the police and escort us off the premises for simply asking. He then said “You can only get your food or get out.” He would not process the refund. He started repeating “The customer ain’t always right” while grabbing the phone and dialing. He started cussing at us while waiting for the phone to ring. The man stated, “I bet with your privilege you think you can always act this way.”
We arrived home and we’re missing the garlic bread and extra noodles that were ordered.
We will never be visiting this store again after being treated this way. There is absolutely no reason for an employee to be cussing at customers and calling the cops for simply asking...
Read moreUpdate 10/5/24. (Since my first visit below I have visited a couple times and I have received good service swiftly on those occassions). Adjusted from 3 to 4 stars.
I was really excited to come here-- I'd heard good buzz. We went during lunch and it was pretty busy. We ordered pad Thai, soup, and their Japanese steak. I got my steak noodles in about 5 mins. .it was dry and chewy. 20 mins later the other people at my table had not gotten their meals.
After 1/2 hour I went up to the counter and saw our food at the pass thru bar. I asked the expediter for the food and I carried it out myself.
Pad Thai was awesome...soup was soup. I went back to the counter to ask for something. The expediter saw me and started to hand me another order of Japanese noodles-- the one I got 35 mind previous. But this one was not charred and looked moist.
At that point I realized they'd served me a reheated mistake from earlier in thier rush. I have worked in many restaurants and understand mistakes happen. it slowed down a lot before we left. I was upset no one ever checked on us or apologized.
$35 for three people would be fair if the standard of service was higher. I don't get to go out a lot and this was a disappointment.
I would consider trying it again-- but the service level needs to rise to meet the quality of food and menu pricing. Nice ambiance,...
