First off I appreciate Culver's being open and offering in restaurant seating. One of the few fast food restaurants that offer such a service. This afternoon I decided to eat at the Culver's #209 in Peoria, Illinois. Never have eaten at this particular one. Trying to be honest, but I was somewhat disappointed. I was waited on promptly, but all of the catsup dispenser's were out of catsup. I found a table and waited for my meal. I was brought my coffee, but it was just about lukewarm. Really on the cool side. Since I ordered a fish sandwich it took longer to prepare. When my meal was delivered I informed the employee that my coffee was cold and asked to have it nuked. She said she would just go back and bring me a fresh hot cup, but after approximately 10 minutes I went back to the counter to see what the hold up was. They were still preparing the coffee. When the coffee was finally brought to me it was piping hot, but so strong I could barely stomach it. I can't blame the employees, since they were super busy and not enough employees for the load. There was a very constant flow of vehicles at the drive through and the poor employees were running and running. They were very friendly and understanding. Hard to do with the load they were under. My food was great and can't beat the quality and amount for the price. The interior of this Culver's is very closed. Not an open concept like the Culver's in East Peoria or Pekin. Needs...
Read moreI placed an order for 4 ice creams as I left prompt care with my son.I ordered for "CURDside" because my son busted his foot and can't walk and I don't like leaving him in the car alone.I checked in online as soon as I got to the store which happened to be the exact time the order was promised. We waited five minutes, my son was restless and asked me if I "checked in" in my email, so I checked in via email and via text, because I've been ignored before in the CURDside spot.Still another 5 minutes go by.Another car pulls up and an employee comes out with a handful of bags and looks between the two cars.I roll down my window and say, "that's not mine, I'm waiting on ice cream."He delivers it to the other car and goes inside, I wait another 5 minutes thinking for sure he's checking for my order before locking my kid in the car to go in and get my order.I was greeted with "what do you need?"When I said my order, they (couple of young guys) got snippy and said "I need the name." I gave them my name and they all spun around looking like they had no clue, then said I think it's that one.The response was "we didn't see your name pop up."I explained that I checked in three ways and they kept saying "sorry, your name didn't pop up."Then they handed me half melted ice cream.I don't pay your ridiculous prices to get attitude and...
Read moreMy family and I have been coming to this Culver’s since it was built. We have always had a great experience. If we had any issues they were minor and taken care of right away. The time before the last time I went through the drive through and I received the wrong chili I went in and it was corrected…no big deal. Well today the same thing happens plus my fries were not cooked thoroughly, but I am on my way to work so I am unable to go back, so I call. I speak to a manager by the name of Jess. I calmly express my concerns. She immediately begins to explain before letting me finish. I try again to explain but she just was not trying to hear my concerns I told her ok it doesn’t seem like…before I could finish she hurry’s up and says ok BYE and hangs up. Th is is the worst customer service I have EVER received from Culver’s and I love Culver’s I always brag on Culver’s BUT this location will never get my hard earn...
