First time at Papa Murphy's and thrilled with the product. Multiple sizes of regular crust AND they have gluten free crust in one size. The ingredients are fresh, plus non-dairy cheese is available. The staff also changed gloves to not cross contaminate when making gluten/dairy free pizza. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS TAKE OUT ONLY (take and bake) - you bake your pizzas at home. You are given baking instructions when you leave. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about ALL the products. Will absolutely go back!!

My first experience at Papa Murphy's Pizza and my last experience!! Went to the one by Kohls in East Peoria because we were out Christmas shopping by there. Placed our order and sat in the waiting area watching every person who ordered after us get their pizza. When the place was empty and the employees were still working on to go orders, I went to the counter and explained to the staff that I ordered before all those people and still don't have my pizza. Come to find out my ticket had blown on the floor. The girl who took my order said "I was wondering about that" but apparently she didnt think to ask the other girls working where our order was!! Further... They had rang up one of my items for free and I told them I needed to pay for it. So I paid for the additional item. And NEVER did the assistant manager on duty apologize for our wait! And worst yet, instead of an apology the girl making our pizza simply says...these things happen! Customer Service FAIL! Worst experience ever!!! I will never go back. 22 min wait on a pizza I have to go...

Put in an online order. Went to the register. Told the manager the name on said order. She said I had to go to the other register closest to the entrance, like, 25 feet away? She half way followed me there and started making cookies or something. There were 6 pizzas waiting on the rack. I'm standing there for 15 minutes before an employee asks me if I'm waiting for something. They hand me my pizzas. They were ready the whole time. Also, not one mask between the...
