QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Peoria

This used to be my favorite place to eat out!!! But now it's just a mess! The manager at this location has ruined my experience everytime I've been there. The first time I met him there he was standing back watching the store when I came in and instead of greeting me he looked at me and said "what" so I asked another employee who the guy was and they told me he's the manager. This past time he was working register and somehow triple charged me and then it took him almost 20 minutes to figure out how to refund the money to me. He had to get help from a person working on the line. He has worked there for atleast 6 months and he doesn't know how to run the register, is very rude to customers, and the other time I encountered him he was cussing at and demeaning 2 employee infront of all of us customers until the female employee started crying. This man is the absolute worst person to be around and it befuddled me that he still works there yet is unable to run...

So, when I went up to the counter, the person who was taking my order just stared at me with an attitude, no hello or can I please take your order. I knew I should have just walked out. I ordered a burrito and as I’m telling her what I wanted on my burrito, she just stared back with an attitude. Why do they hire people like that! I’d rather wait for my food then have to deal with a person like that. After she put all the stuff I wanted, she didn’t mix the ingredients like they usually do. The guacamole was one side of the burrito, and the meat was one the other side. Then to top it off, she stuffed it in one of those round containers instead of putting it in a bag. The two stars is for the food only. Since 2014 the level of disrespect and good customer service has never gotten any better only worse. I hate that I love their food so much but never feel welcomed. The thought alone is very displeasing. They look at me when I request my food as if I am a problem to them. The good and nice ones who get hired in never last but I can imagine it’s because of the maintained bad vibes. It’s only one person there that intentionally treats me half decent and that’s because she’s seen me come there since I been going. Depending on who’s there she even changes how she treats me.
