Ruby's Food Truck — Restaurant in Peoria

Ok.. quality has gone down. The first time I tried to eat here a Caucasian couple were cooking the food. It was delicious and was very happy. I just went today on Nov 27 the 2020 and the food was horrible. It was like microwaved food. They were hispanic and thought the food would be authentic. Or adleast taste better. I went back and said I was unhappy with the quality. They made me more but it was worste. I'm sorry but I'm not going back again.. I gave them the opportunity. I know where I ate and the people that served me.it was a Caucasian husband and wife team.you run a food truck at the corner of 83rd ave and Peoria. It's a yellow truck that's parked there now. I personally love to cook.. The food I got was not satisfactory. I could have gone to taco bell for that quality at half the price. I have travels to many states and I like food trucks. I'm sorry for the bad review but it's my opinion. Hopefully you all are able to produce the quality that it used to be at. Good luck...

First time purchasing from here and any food truck. I saw a co worker eating chicken tacos and they looked and smell delicious! They told me about this place! These were the best tasting flautas I’ve had in my life!! 😋😋😋Im excited to show friends and family about this hidden gem! 💎 Anyone reading this, will not regret coming here! Not only was the food delicious and amazing but family behind that food truck is just as amazing! We went to Ruby's last night on 8/25 about 7pm. I always go to another food truck but we wanted to give Ruby's a try. We heard they sold Birria and Consome' . So we both ordered 3 of them. I'm hooked! 1st the two people working were very friendly and I appreciate that. The food was amazing! Now it's a "thing" for us and a must have. I promise you won't be sorry if you order what we had. This is now our new weekly go to. Thank you for the great food and service!
