Again! Sloppy drink smears all over the cup. This was a remake from last night when I asked for No Foam not only did I get foam, it took up 2 inches of drink space turning my Venti into a Grande. This place has many reviews taking about the sloppy drinks. When the guy handed me the drink I said “what’s that?” pointing to o all the chocolate and coffee stains all over the bottom portion of cup. he said very matter of fact •Oh It’s Just Messy!” This is the blond guy with short clean cut hair style at the drive thru. Certainly not his problem but he could have cared . So I responded with a request for it to be fixed and then he said in response to the quality issue this “we are working on Customer Service right now.” Then he said thank you for your feedback but you could tell he couldn’t wait to get through with me.
I get my drink home just now and it takes gross! It is not a NonFat Venti Latte. I have had problems at this location with the drink taste...and I think I have figured out the problem. My husband was helpful because he runs a Target and is a Certified Starbucks Manager so he knows all the processes. I believe this location is NOT rinsing out the steaming pitcher...because invariably my drink will have a taste of another drink in it.
This location is now off my list and too bad as it was so close to where we live. I would say they owe me over $100 for all the drinks I haven’t called in about. Here is the one from last night that was supposed to be no foam.
It makes me so mad that they blow off quality when you spend $5 on a drink. There is my no foam drink below...the girl said she thought she had held back the foam...how do you miss that...
Read moreThey kept my debit card. I don't normally drink coffee in the evening but I only have a few days off and I was having a vehicle emergency so tonight was suppose to be the night. After leaving I went all the way to the 24 hour Auto Zone on 43rd and Cactus to get some parts I needed for the job and when I went to pay I noticed my debit wasnt there. Scavenged the car for it thinking maybe it fell out of my pocket in the car with no luck. Remembered the lady handing me my drink but not my card and went straight back hoping to get there before close. I arrived about 15 minutes after close hoping to wave someone down and retrieve my card before my night was ruined. I figured I'd use the drive thru when I saw workers inside to not worry anyone and thought they'd tell me they're closed but then I could explain the situation. They did everything in their power to avoid acknowledging me. After waiting at the microphone and window, I went to the door just for them to rush into the back room to avoid me. Eventually they came out and I waved letting them know I was still here and they just said "we're closed" at the door from across the room. After trying to talk to them thru the door for about 5 minutes she finally came to the door so that she could actually hear me only to say they can't tell me whether they have my card because it's passed closing. I'm highly upset with the lack of professionalism, my wasted gas, and night. I should have just made...
Read moreWe live in the area of this Starbucks and have been coming since it opened. We mostly frequent the drive thru. The staff is very friendly. They are accurate with the orders. We have noticed that the drive thru has been getting very busy the last few years. There is a problem of people feeling entitled to cut the drive thru line when its wrapped around the building from the south entrance to the parking lot by entering the north entrance. This year apparently management decided curb the problem by blocking half the north entrance and asking patrons to use the use the south entrance for drive thru use. This morning we were in the drive thru from the south entrance and a lady that felt very entitled drove past the sign blocking the north entrance and almost took off the front end to our vehicle. We honked at them to bring attention to what she had done. We let the staff know what had happened and a tall blonde guy with glasses didn't care about what the other driver had done and told us not to honk in line because the staff inside can't hear the orders. This is a challenge to management if they really want to stop the line cutting problem, they have cameras in the back and use them to also identify the line cutters and refuse them service. It is the only fair thing to do for all the other customers that follow the drive...
