Salad and Go — Restaurant in Peoria

Today, 11/13/24, I went to the location on Thunderbird road and 82nd Avenue in Peoria or Glendale, whichever city that location is in. I ordered a BBQ ranch salad, DOUBLE chicken, no Pico, no pepper jack cheese, and subbed those omitted items for extra avocado and tortilla strips. Even asked the checkout employee is they put my double chicken on the salad and was quickly told "yes, sure did." I drove all the way home to Surprise, AZ just to pull my salad out to find it was completely wrong. The salad had steak (?) on it, red peppers, Pico de Gallo, green pompano peppers (?), DEFINITELY NOT what I ordered. I spent $11+ including a frozen strawberry lemonade which was correct, but damn if I was going to drive back to Peoria from Surprise, 30+ minutes away, to try getting the salad I had ordered. I have ignored this similar "mistake" issue once previously, but not this time. Please fix this issue. I work as a teacher nearby and as you may know, I don't have $11+ dollars to drop on food that I am totally not...

This location used to be our go-to, in fact it's the place that has made a generally salad-averse family become more interested in salads and wraps - however they have been repeatedly getting our orders wrong for the past few weeks, both our in person and online orders. It's a shame because this chain is the reason I have been able to eat heathier foods, it introduced me to making salads at home even, but I think maybe this location has different staff coming in and out because what used to be a very simple and straight forward ordering process has become a game of back and forth, remaking wraps, only to come home with things still missing or unwanted ingredients added. Again, I LOVE this chain; the recent experiences at this location just have not...

I've had good and bad experiences here... and my last wasn't great. I ordered a Green salad, no protein. It was a little more expensive thank I remember, and would not be an issue if the salad was fresher. The cucumbers were inedible mush... which made me wonder whoever made the salad didn't notice? Other visits, the black beans and pico are questionable as to how old they might be? And unfortunately another time, a Cesar was ordered, also no protein and must have had dirty or contaminated lettuce because 😬 let's just say I couldn't eat much for the few days after. It took me over year to go back, try again - which is unfortunately when I got the Greek salad with nasty toppings. I guess it's not more Salad and Go...
