Subway — Restaurant in Peoria

If i could give 0 stars that would have surely been my rating. Google said the business closed at 9 so i ordered off the app on my way to the restaurant at 830 so it would be ready when i got there before they closed. I got there at 840 to them turning off the the lights as my husband tried to open the door. So we went thru the drive thru as i was already charged for the order thru the app. All the employee rudely told us was were closed. You can call or come in the morning when my manager is here for a refund bc we already put everything away. So you put everything away when i ordered 10 min before i got there and your lights and open sign were still lit when he tried to come in. This location is the worst ever and wouldn't have even ordered from this location had i had other options. There were three young men working the night of my visit, two with curly brown hair and the other with straight hair, don't know their names but they seemed as though they were having lots of fun as they played music extremely loud while they danced around and threw around a ball of something playing catch. When they took my order they out put my veggies on the chopping block. They said they do it for memory. I requested that they not do that because it looked so dirty like they haven't cleaned for several days. The lettuce was turning brown and other veggies were getting very dried out . So I wasn’t going to say anything but this is the THIRD time. Everytime I go to this Subway I ALWAYS ask for EXTRA sweet onion sauce. Everytime I get my sandwich it has barely any sauce on it. Granted I always go through the drive thru but why have it if I’m gonna have to come in everytime to make sure my sandwich is ACTUALLY how I want it. Three times in a row my sandwich was extremely dry. It’s always young kids working there and I don’t know if that’s the issue or what but WOW. Then this last time I went I said I wanted my sandwich deluxe as in EXTRA meat, the kid said WHAT? Then someone else hopped on the headset.
