I previously worked as a fast food General Manager for five years; and normally I don't write reviews for fast food restaurants because I know what it's like fighting for OSAT and good surveys. However, today at your restaurant, I could not stand the poor customer service provided in the drive-thru on Sunday May 19th at 1:20am. Upon pulling up to the speaker, we were âgreetedâ by a girl who very clearly did not care how she spoke to people. I asked the girl âMay I please have two #1âs? One plain with cheese?â And she said âMhm.â. This girl had a very dry and annoyed tone in her voice. That, in itself, is an understatement. I proceeded with âAlso a #2? With cheese?â And she said âOkayâŚâ. There was about a five second pause before she said âAnything else?â. I asked her âDo those come with fries and a drink?â She continued with her attitude âNo, but I can make it a mealâ. I believe that is the point in asking for a number, and not just a sandwich title, but Iâm treated like the idiot, right? Right⌠I maintain my composure, and proceed âCan I do that please?â This girl says âYeahâŚâ and again thereâs a long pause. She says âThe drinks?â Long story short; I tell her the rest, she responds with âIs that it?" I tell her yes, she tells me the total, etc⌠Pulling up to the window; Iâm met with a girl whose name tag read "Danielle". I stay cordial, and proceed as a happy customer. I say nothing to her. I drive away. Now, I will say that I'm very adamant about customer service to my employees, in every capacity Iâve worked, and would not stand for that type of diction made for rude, short, and tasteless service. If she doesn't like taking orders, then she shouldn't be taking orders. That girl is clearly unhappy doing what sheâs doing. That is no foundation to set for the restaurant's service worker standards. If a customer feels like you don't care about their experience, then they won't care either, especially when it comes to writing reviews. I hope that girl finds happiness somewhere in her life because sheâs clearly taking her lack of it out on strangers at...
Read moreOK I donât really review fast food chains, But the service was so good here I donât want to go unnoticed. So the dining room experience is cloning Chick-fil-A smiles can I help you? Can I get you anything else while youâre at your table? They bring me your food off of your sauce. And of course, they say smile. Be honest, these people work advancing that they like their jobs and weâre happy to help. Dominica and Staci Help me while weâre there and I really wanted to compliment the manager to tell him what a âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Experience I had. But I waited for the manager to become available. I saw him walk a couple of times across the room, sitting down at the table one of a black customer. I donât know the managers name, but he was clean cut young manager material. To be honest, I donât know what it happened prior to me getting there, but I think the manager wanted him to leave. After the second time The manager sat down at the table to talk to this fella, the customer raised his voice to leave him alone, then the Manager called the cops. First of all, you donât sit down with somebody if youâve not been invited, you donât get in peoples personal space thereâs enough mental illness and mental handicaps that would have difficulty with that. This fella, surely did. I got up from the table with my son I told the fella the guy was calling the cops and offered him a ride to where he was going. He was completely cooperative and I took him to Burlington so he could buy some clothes. Iâm not sure what the manager couldâve done differently in his conversation. But he definitely got the personal space of this guy and I think that did not help. So the service was great here, except for the manager, oddly enough. I think thereâs nice people working there. I did have the hatch chili burger and I would get that again anytime. Overall, I wouldnât say thereâs anything special here. But I feel like youâll have a good experience experience...

Customer service was great, which has always been a challenge at this location for me. Burger wasnt the freshest, a little salty, and the fries were a little cold, not quite salty enough, but great job compared to my last 2 visits. The DT cashier was definitely friendly and able to communicate.. overall, satisfied but hope one day food quality will return to what it was before this whole pandemic/worker shortage mess..
Honestly Whataburger is an amazing place to grab some food for me, I work overnights and sometimes my options are very limited.. They're one of the few brands doing overnight service, and probably one of the highest quality.. unfortunately, this locations night shift is a dud. The last few times I've went have been a customer service nightmare. I had a terrible experience about 3 months ago when the whole staff seemed to be too doped up to function, couldn't take my order correctly, after the order was finally correct on the ticket, the whole thing was messed up. No special requests, just a couple combos, and some sandwiches. I ended up having the order refunded. I've steered clear from this one until my attempt to stop this morning.. . The noticeably cranky lady taking my order seemed to got shorter and ruder as I ordered. A burger combo, a breakfast combo, and an extra breakfast sandwich.. I don't understand what the problem was. No cars behind me and 1 in front of me. Not exactly rush hour.. I didn't even care that they were out of coffee...another thing that just didn't seem right. I never made it to the window. I drove down the road and...
