Larry Miller stands behind their work and will make it right, see ya again for future service. They Put a huge smile on My Face. Ok came in only for oil change and tire rotation by appointment, I proudly drove my 2023 kona with only 10,300 miles on it in perfect shape, it was spotless, inside and out, no spots, no finger prints, I clean the car twice a week every week. So I expected a oil change and tire rotation which I gladly paid the $165 for the 20 month 3 oil changes. Came back to pick up Kona, here is hwhere the problem lies. Service was preformed as stated. BUT, when I got in car I notice streaks marks all over front window shield, when I got out to check it out, they had washed my perfectly spotless car, they left it spotted body, water still running down sides, spots on hood, top and hatchback., spots all over my formally spotless windows. I went back in complained are you kidding me, I bring you a spotless cleaned car and I get it back in worse cleaning. The lot attendant myself and my wife spent 20-30 minutes drying the the car off. Finally had enough and just left. When I got home I spent another 1-2 hour cleaning the mess your so called car washers had preformed. wiping spots of the car, its black paint, shows spots bad, cleaned all my windows inside and out. You had tire off 3 sections of my pin stripe, that took another 30min. to re pin stripe those back on. Both floor matts were dirty, I had to take them out vacuum them, and clean those. Underneath the hood was all spotted, wiped that down. I also found oil dripped on the front of my car where the hood lifts up where the radiator is located. The biggest thing now is one year from now I will have to go through this same worthless cleaning again after another oil change, I actually dread coming back in, cause I never get my car back in the same spotless cleaning I bring it in. Like I said the service was preformed, oil change and tire rotation, saw nothing wrong with that except the spilled oil on front of my kona inside under the hood. Am I mad, no, I just dread and sad I will have to deal with this again next year. But it did take out 2-3 hours of my time to clean MY kona back to the same condition I originally brought it into the dealership, uggggg. Thank...
Read moreI usually don’t have the best experience with the service department at Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria, but this time was completely different!
I had scheduled an appointment with a service advisor (can’t remember the name), but the day before, I got an email saying Nick Kellogg would be helping me instead. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, so I just went with it. I showed up around 10:45 AM for my 11 AM appointment on a Thursday. It was packed apparently, everyone decided to get an oil change that day! We only waited about 10 minutes for Nick to come out, which was totally fine since we were early.
Nick was super friendly and helpful right from the start. I told him about a few concerns I had with my car, and he said they’d do an inspection and then let me decide what I wanted to fix. An hour later, I got a list of seven items, and I went ahead with six of them. It was around noon by then.
They sent me a link to check the status of my car, which I thought was really handy. Around 3 p.m., it said the service was done, just waiting for the final check. But when it didn’t change for a while, I texted Nick. He got back to me quickly and said everything was fine and he’d let me know when it was ready.
By 5:30 p.m., I still hadn’t heard anything and was getting a little nervous since they closed at 6. I messaged Nick again, and he was really nice, said he’d promised I’d get my car back the same day and he was going to keep that promise. Sure enough, he called me right before 6 p.m. to say it was ready.
When we picked it up, Nick went over everything in the receipt, applied a discount, and was still smiling and professional even after a long day. It definitely took longer than usual, but I understood, they were slammed.
Honestly, if I had known their service had improved this much, I might have bought my new car here instead of going to another dealership. I ended up buying a KIA because of past service issues here, but having someone like Nick really changes things. Good job, Hyundai Peoria,...
Read moreI’m new to the Surprise area, and had found this dealership through a search 🔍 on my Google GPS. I’ve read quite a number of reviews, and was impressed to bring my car in for service. I was able to set an appointment with little to no difficulty. I was out of town when making my appointment. I arrived thirty minutes early. Dustin was my service advisor. He sold me on their prepaid plan of three oil changes and tire rotation for $90. Don’t take my word for this being a deal. Discover it for yourself. I knew before he could say “an oil change is $67.” My car was taken for the services I wanted - oil change + replace engine and cabin air filters, and inflate tires to 38psi. Following a diagnostic test there were six items needing attention. I had opted for two to be done right this visit; and reserving the others for the near future. I had time to grab breakfast at the Cracker Barrel across the street. My car was ready by the time I finished my breakfast. Everything went well. Appreciate the fine work that was done. Checking out I also appreciated paying with a credit/debit card with no fee. Today’s service was the best I’ve received since moving to the Phoenix area over four years ago. I can’t recommend enough for others to bring their Hyundai vehicle here for maintenance or repairs. Looking forward to my next appointment that should come later this month.
Updated: 7.17.25. Dropped off my vehicle for repairs upon having a check engine light come on. There were more issues that needed prompt attention besides a new gas cap. Everything turned out great. The only, and I mean ONLY negative experience was with Lyft. When I needed a ride home the driver, Rolando, couldn’t speak English; and he cancelled on me. The evening following my getting off work left me extremely pissed off as he ignored or hung up on my calling him six times. Not counting my texts that I sent using Google translate. Be aware if you can’t get a loaner. I was fortunate to find a ride...
