Yet again, I waited over 2 hours (with an appointment I made 2 weeks prior) for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I question if the oil change was even done because the next day my car notified me it was still due for service. About a year and a half ago, I discovered they didn't rotate my tires, as I had one tire with a slow leak and it was still in the same position after my supposed oil change and tire rotation. Larry Miller confirmed they reviewed the video and my tires were NOT rotated. They offered for me to bring it back for a tire rotation. I said why, so I can sit there for 2 hours waiting for it to be done? I took it to Discount for the rotation. This last time, I informed the intake guy that they have neglected to rotate my tires and I now have "cupping". Per Discount Tire, that is quite often caused by not rotating the tires on a regular basis. I have always had regular oil change and tire rotation with Larry Miller when it is due, yet the intake guy started arguing with me that cupping is due to lack of alignment. I informed him I paid for Larry Miller to do the alignment the last time I had it in and that was the first time they suggested an alignment, so nice try buddy. Makes me question how many other times Larry Miller has neglected to rotate my tires? And how many times have they actually done the oil change? And how many people sit and wait for over 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change WITH an appointment? This was the last time I will ever go to Larry Miller Toyota or any other Larry Miller dealerships. I have previously expressed the ridiculous amount of time I always have to sit and wait for an oil change and tire rotation and simply told "we're working on it." Chapter 2: Had to bring my car back to Larry Miller service again. For the past 3 months my front tire on the right side has been losing air. I took my car to Big O because it was convenient and they filled my tires with air twice. After my tire went low on air again I took my car to the Larry Miller Toyota service and told them about my front tire and my history with Big O, Larry Miller service filled it with air and I left. I Noticed the tire going low again took my car to Larry Miller Toyota service and they filled the tire with air once again. About 3 weeks later the tire was down 5 lb took my car to Larry Miller Toyota service, they checked my tire and presented me with an estimate of $300 to replace the right front tire because they claimed there was a nail in the part of the tire that was not repairable. I understand the problem with the tire. What I don't understand is why it took the Larry Miller Toyota repair department about 2 months to tell me. Read moreTim has been incredibly diligent when handling service on my car over the years. I can be difficult to deal with but he has never made me feel uncomfortable. He has always been such a gentlemen and a plaesure to work with. When I initially met him I asked about his tattoo and he stated it was yellow like the sun, that it's in reference to his wife because she is like sunshine to him. So that left an impact on me as it would anyone else.
This last time he really helped me out by adding me last minute to the maintenance schedule and figuring out why my car was skidding in the rain on top of some other things. Since I'm missing a bumper my car it couldn't go through the car wash, so Tim being the kindest soul ever, washed my car by hand. If that doesn't say upscale customer service I dont know what does. He is so incredible and hard working. Tim has been so amazing over the years with every experience I've had. I'm not a car knowledgeable type of person so Tim does a great job at explaining everything in detail without making it sound condescending. I really appreciate this location only because of Tim.
