Very cheaply made had a lot of issues with the apartment like the furnace, washer and dryer, toilet, sinks and shower both get clogged from the water not being filtered right and it would stain my dishes. Overall they have different pricing depending when you move in which is unfair as it’s college living some pay more than others for the same apartments! Lived here for two years and had my family come and help me clean the entire apartment for moving out and they still stole over $100 from my deposit when the apartment was clean and when I moved in was dirty and wall paint was chipped and when I moved out I got charged for this so be ware and take photos! They never provided me with the proof of it being dirty and wouldn’t even accept photos I had that I cleaned the apartment so just be aware your deposit is never fully given back and you might have issues with management as they weren’t the most respectful on the phone and the apartment in general also just be ware parking is very hard to find! And it’s very icy in winters. Just my input! If that’s not showing I cleaned more than it was left for me than I don’t know what would be! -Horrible management and the owner has reached out to all who leave a bad review to have us take it down this just shows terrible management and ownership you can’t hide the truth!! The truth is out I havent recommended this place to anyone told them all stay away there’s much better around the area that’s more worth the money!! And maintenance is a joke never once fixed any of my issues just bandaged it to be another days problem! And can’t even have a guest park up front anymore what a waste of parking we pay we should be able to park wherever! Where I live now is 100% better than here you can always find better explore your options! If you want a place that only cares about your money and was built in the cheapest way possible this is your place! Ps the furniture is harder than a rock so not even a plus to living here only good thing is they pay...

Absolutely Horrible – Do NOT Live Here!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst college apartment building I have ever experienced. The management is a complete nightmare—rude, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive to even the simplest requests. Emails and maintenance requests are ignored for weeks (if they’re ever answered at all), and when they finally do respond, it’s always with excuses instead of solutions.

The building itself is falling apart. The outside looks like it hasn’t been maintained in years—peeling paint, cracked walls, and landscaping that looks like a neglected junkyard. Inside isn’t any better. The walls are scuffed and chipped, and they refuse to do basic touch-ups or repairs.

To make matters worse, they are shameless about stealing deposits. No matter how clean you leave your apartment, they will invent ridiculous charges to keep as much of your money as possible. It’s a blatant scam, and they know most students won’t fight it.

Roommate matching is a joke. They claim to have a process, but it’s basically random. You could end up with someone completely incompatible and management won’t lift a finger to help.

Living here was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted money—do not sign a lease here under any circumstances. There are plenty of other places near campus that are cheaper, cleaner, and actually care about their residents. They are calling and begging people to take down their bad reviews and a lot of the good reviews are not from actual tenants. I had a horrible experience and will not be convinced to take it down. I haven't met a single tenant that had good things to say. People are taking down honest reviews bc the owner and manager arent being kind in any way about it behind...

Ignore some of the out of context bad reviews. The college suites is one of the best and affordable living spaces for students and people who need a place to live. The apartment has all you need to live: bed, kitchen, stove, sink, living room, bathroom. The rent pays for everything being ac, heat, water, electricity, etc. The lounge is amazing with a ping pong table and fuse ball table, the gym is simple and easy to use. And I think one of the best landlord. Please if you are looking to go to NICC, I'd recommend staying here and be within walking distance of the college.
