When you order a ham and cheese on roll, and they try to keep putting on mustard or some other condiment it makes no sense. In Texas a customer who eats in the store NEVER pays for a refill, yet you charge--even Starbucks does not charge if you do not leave the store. I spoke clear and precisely when I ordered--"Can I please have a ham and cheese no mustard on french roll, yet they asked several times before I received my sandwich what did I want on it--to which I answered "Nothing else please" They did not seem to understand nothing else!! Read moreI went in today at 3pm. This guy was all by himself, but he was social and outgoing. I worked at Dunkin for over 10 years, and I have to say that this employee made my food perfectly, all while keeping the store clean. He even gave me a few extra munchkins in my order for waiting. Wish he didn't have to be alone, since there was a bit of a line forming. This store only gets lower stars for how depressing the inside looks with Dunkin's "new" millennial grey themeing.
