The place was relatively clean and there was someone actually cleaning when we walked in. My problem with this place was the woman that was working was VERY rude. There were several other people working, all males, who were very friendly. Which is the only reason this Subway got any stars. She seemed agitated to be doing her job at all. Originally we got our food to go but my daughter had ordered hers for there so we decided to just eat it there. The young man that cashed us out forgot to give us napkins so my mom went back up to ask for some in which the woman replied, "They're in your bag!" rude as can be. Even if the one napkin you get per person was in the bag, which we didn't have any, if a customer asks for a napkin why not just hand them a couple napkins? I've never once played a race thing in my life but I'm half Mexican and we all have a pretty good tan after being in the sun all day and I watched this woman be nice as can be to every other person that walked in there, all white men and woman 50 years and older and for the first time in my 34 years of being alive I feel like this woman was rude to us because we're Mexican. We spend most of our summer up here and have for the past 20 years but will not be returning to this Subway ever again. But thank you to the young men that were working that had great customer service skills and seemed to be doing a fine...

I asked if I could get regular salami and still get the deal, he said I don’t think so, which is a soft no. I ended up going with a childhood favorite: the sweet chicken teriyaki. I have never seen someone so stingy in terms of adding vegetables to a sandwich. cucumbers? He added two. banana peppers? He added three, as if we were in some sort of a vegetable ration. All in all, not a great return to the sandwhich shop.

Read moreI have NOT had such a terrible experience with an employee as here. They forgot two small items on my order, so I called to ask what they could do to make it right...the first thing the person said was, no, you just need to look in the bag. Excuse me, I just emptied both bags entirely, I must have missed the two hidden footlong churros. I spent 80 dollars, and I'm just trying to get what I paid for, sorry that's difficult for you to handle. Never eat here, there's a jimmy johns a mile away...
