Culver’s — Restaurant in Pere Marquette Charter Township

Went in for a concrete mixer at the Ludington location. I asked the lady if they had cake batter or just cake pieces and she told me in a very annoyed voice to look at the bottom right corner of the menu for the ingredients. I proceeded to tell her what I wanted she came back with completely different ingredients so I had to correct her and then she copped an attitude with me, which was very apparent in her tone of voice when she told me my total. When I went up to pay she wasn't exactly nice and I saw that her name was Kathy. Then she told me I had to go sit out front and wait for them to get it done and bring it out to me. I thought that was kind of strange because every other time I've ordered ice cream they just give it to me right there at the window what I'm done paying. So then after sitting out there for quite some time and watching cars pull up behind me to wait for their food, get their food and then leave all while I'm still sitting there waiting, they finally got around to bringing me out just my one ice cream. I felt like it was done completely on purpose because she had an attitude. I will not be going back if that's the type of customer service I have to look forward to just to purchase an overpriced cup...

I ordered online and placed the order over 25 minutes early it was supposed to be done at 7:45 when I walked in to culvers they had the drinks for my order already sitting there and said that my order was not done yet.. okay well it should have been ready for me to carry out, but I can understand if they still needed to bag a couple things up. Well it took them 15 minutes to get me my food. 15 minutes LATE!! After standing there around 6 minutes one of the 8 people who were literally doing nothing gave me my drinks and said in case I wanted them for something.. okay.... so after waiting about 10 minutes the cashier that was doing nothing looked over at me and said "is there a problem?" I said nope I'm just waiting for my food... SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL before I left I asked what time it was and one of the many people standing around told me and I said That is what the problem is. I put my order in to be done at a certain time for a reason. I'll just take my drinks that have been sitting around for 15 minutes.. My mother orders everything without salt as per docs order. Repeatedly told onion rings are not salted. Onion rings came heavily salted. She returns them for unsalted ones. Workers whisper that this kitchen salts everything and it's been a problem lately. She sits back down. A few minutes later, the onion rings are slapped down in front of her, in a to go container, and this little girl yelling, "You are Not welcome in My Store anymore! Get Out!" Apparently, that is the store manager, "Cameo" I'm like, WOW. My 80 year old mother said, "what did I do?" Who the hell knows? I've never seen this kid in my life! I'd remember those rotting teeth. Can't undo that sight. So at the counter she comes charging from the back kitchen, "you're not welcome in My store, get out!" No explanation. In a full restaurant. I just paid $80 in gift cards. I want my money. Don't need a Culver's in Ludington. No short fuse cannon should be anywhere near a customer or in a customer service position.
