AT&T Store — Local services in Pere Marquette Charter Township

BE AWARE!!!!!! Be very careful with promotions of new phones at this store. Kaitlyn sold me a bag of goods. I feel totally scammed. I was having 'dropped call issues' with my Samsung Galaxy 11. I stopped in the AT&T store in Ludington and was told by Kaitlyn that my phone was old, they had upgraded the towers and I would most likely continue to have these problems. Oh and by the way I qualified for a free upgrade!!!! All I needed to do was send my old phone in. Great, I can do that! I like free upgrades. That should have been my first clue..........if it sounds too good to be true it generally is!!! Bottom line......my free phone of seven hundred and some dollars does not qualify for a free upgrade. Imagine that!!!!! Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years I feel totally let down and out right lied to by this sales person. Not a good way to represent a company. I have spoken with the loyalty department and was told all they can do is contact the Ludington office and have this person disciplined. Not much help to me as I am out the $$$$. Brent and Mitchel went above and beyond to help me get a new phone after mine quit on the last day of vacation!! My dad and I came in to see if getting an insurance phone was an option but I would not be able to get one in the mail for 3 days! I need my phone for my work and am going to be traveling for work this week so I couldn’t wait. Brent looked up the acct to verify if I was eligible to upgrade and to my surprise I was! Brent wand Mitch tag teamed the process and were SO great to work with! Mitch determined my current phone was not able to be be reset to work, be then spent time getting me back into my iCloud to back everything up! He even helped my dad run a backup on his own tablet while we waited! They were busy as it was around 5pm on July 23rd. They handled the busy store with ease! I would love to see them get new iPads so they are able to help customers more efficiently! I had a very complicated situation involving a lost phone with recent ICloud storage being full resulting in what appeared to be lost photos. This was devastating as they were of Thanksgiving and my daughter’s 16th birthday. I received my new phone and tried to set it myself. There was so much missing information after this process that I went to AT&T in Ludington. I am so thankful that I did. Dawson and Tonya were amazing. They know their “stuff”. They answered all my questions and figured out that my “missing” photos were backed up to my google account. They fixed everything! The only information I lost was some ICloud texts.
