So, my one child is legitimately allergic to egg & dairy (and peanuts), so desserts for him are always extremely difficult, and we have to bring our own to whatever function, or he has to skip out on all the treats why the other unknowingly kids feast in front of him. Poor guy. I -called ahead of time- and this family bakery made my son special cupcakes he could eat, so he could share them at his school classroom for his birthday! (And, another time for his Christmas party at school, I had his made so he could have one along the other children, and the leftover cupcakes we enjoyed at home) Helped his day feel “normal” for once! Read moreWe ordered a 6 inch round birthday cake and it tasted pretty good. However, the service was a bad experience. They did not have a box for our cake and tried to give it to us in a random, big cardboard box. The cake could have been easily smashed around in the box and who knows how clean it was. We rejected that box and settled for a smaller cardboard box without a cover and decided to just be careful in carrying it. There were no other options available. We stopped in about 9-10am and did not see the deli type items other reviewers refer to. We had cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, and whoopie pie. Everything was delicious and of generous size. Numerous other goodies looked enticing but we resisted the temptation! The facility was clean and spacious so we had room to comfortably eat our treats there.
