T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Amber Township

I really didn’t want to leave this review, but after this absolutely horrible new development I couldn’t stay quiet. We worked with Chris and Sterling at the Ludington location to transfer our phones from Sprint. Not only did it take four hour-long car trips and eleven hours, including at least five on the phone, but they exploited us as customers by offering us promotions we couldn’t redeem. They sold us headphones and other accessories, promising rebates and credits, which was a full-on lie. They also forced us to buy out contracts we didn’t have to buy out, and gave us worse deals after promising us ones that were more lucrative. In addition they blamed their error on everyone but themselves. I hoped for better, because I genuinely liked them as people, but this horrible mistreatment and exploitation needs to stop. I appreciated their help in the transfer but this is absolutely ridiculous and shouldn’t have to be this hard. Plus now I feel fully cheated by T-Mobile! This is NOT how to satisfy your customers. Originally went to get only a quote to switch to T-Mobile and trade in for the 15; Sterling was extremely patient with us. As our first time financing on a phone and being under a contract we had plenty of questions yet Sterling seemed unfazed and understanding. In the end we walked out with 2 Iphone 15s and a samsung tablet, yet never felt pressured into it, even though it was not our original plan. Sterling made sure to get us the best deal possible and could not be more pleased with his provided services. A few days after getting the phones there was a mishap in items rung in so we got a call from Chris. Chris was very apologetic about what happened, even though it wasn’t anything major on our end. When we stopped back to correct the error, Chris provided us with amazing service just like Sterling. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATE STORE!! There is a big difference in service and other problems you may have in the future.. These people are nothing short of morons.People were standing around waiting for service while a chubby girl and goofy guy at the other end of the store were on their phones laughing and talking. the manager was just on his computer and kept going in the back with another employee..Real professional...There is always some excuse for this or that..had to go back and fourth 4 times from Reed city just to get our phones paid off and cancelled Not to mention they did something to them where they just stopped working all together..Hey blamed it on a downed tower..So we called a corporate office and they have no record of a bad tower..Then it took 7 days to get them unlocked. The manager there is an undermining little weasel that talks down to you like your stupid. I didnt take that...
