Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a groomer. I wouldn't even call them groomers. It was literally a cubby hole, the filthiest place I've ever been in. Also I've never paid $50.00 for my 9lb maltipoo to be "groomed"! My baby didn't even smell good. I walked around the store for 30 minutes waiting for the call to tell me she was done. I finally went in to find her half way through another chop job and my dog in a filthy crate. Why didn't she call? When I went to pay, she couldn't find the register, when she did she didn't know how to work it. So I had to go to an ATM to get cash. I wasn't told it was a cash only business. I don't know who owns the Ludington Wags store but it's very clear they have never checked in on whose renting their cubby hole! Also they didn't bother to tell me that they cut my dog's foot. When I got home I had blood on my coat and jeans, & my car upholstery....

Very nice and clean place. They also have a lot of options to choose from for every per variety. We have a bearded dragon, hamster and cats and always go here for whenever we need something. Most important to us was when we needed small crickets for our beardies and they also carry large. Crickets are healthy too which makes us feel like they are a good choice to feed our beardies. Always friendly staff and tons of different things for your animals! My pups love it.

edit I went in today looking for a new dog food because my young pup is having some digestive issues. Dina (the owner) was incredible. So very knowledgeable and welcoming. She had so many different things to try to see if it helps his tummy (and my other dog!). I am super excited to see of the changes help - I'm tired of cleaning up poop...
