Be careful of your ordering method at this location. Ordering through the app is recommended because the order doesn’t get messed up due to mishearing, but due to the app’s very limited customization functions, you occasionally have to order via the speaker to get what you want. I hate doing this because almost every time, without fail, at least one item is wrong. If you have several items, you can’t really check if they’re correct in the car because you can’t properly see what’s inside the Blizzard lids. The next closest location is 25 minutes away compared to this one which is 5 minutes away, so going to a different one isn’t really an option with rising gas prices. Make sure you have the staff repeat your order to you. I ordered a blizzard and somehow got peanuts in mine-? Nothing I ordered even remotely sounded like peanuts. Thankfully, I don’t have an allergy; that first disappointing bite may be lethal to someone in the future. Read moreI had went to DQ last night for a blizzard in the drive thru, and on the sign when ordering next to the Blizzard section it says served upside down or next is free or on us or whatever, so I was like hm okay, i pull around to the window and the lady handed me the blizzard normally so I was like "so how do I get the next blizzard because it wasn't served upside down", and she didn't say a word and just pointed to a tiny sticker on the window I couldn't make out, and I asked what, and she said with such an attitude that "we don't do that" and I responded by saying "okay, but why does it say it back where I ordered, that it's served upside down, if that's not the case why not have that removed" and with more attitude she said, "we don't do that" and I prefaced saying "why not remove it from back there" (there being the drive thru signs" and she said with still more attitude "I'll be sure to pass that along" I said "okay have a good night" and she ignored me and slammed the window shut, I'm appalled by the disrespect from a...
Read moreI placed an online pickup order and drove to DQ during there regular hours. We are a 30 min drive from this dq and were in the area for dinner so we wanted a nice treat. Here to find out they aren't open and the road to get into the parking lot is closed off, with nobody answering the phones.
Google and the dq app said the store location was still OPEN.
Very disappointed in this location, waiting for our money back & rewards that we used. Left a very angry voicemail.
