Subway — Restaurant in Perkasie

Order on-line. Walked all the way to the shopping center. Saw that Subway had ZERO customers in it. Went to Rite Aid first, picked up a script, went shopping, and then had to wait in line while one cashier rang out four huge orders. FINALLY make it Subway. Trying to make a connection with the employee; said it’s a shame everyone is hiring, feel bad just you here. Ordered over thirty minutes ago and you just now got a chance to start making it. The employee said oh there is other employees, they are in the back sitting down. And if customers would have more ducking patience, people would stop quitting. I walked out. Tried to cancel the order on-line and they said we have to call the store. Call the store and the employee screamed at my girlfriend and said only management can refund orders cause he doesn’t trust us to not steal from the registers. ...

Subway is usually pretty consistent, even if it's a chain. Been to this one before, and it's always been fine. I'm giving this rating based on going there this week. On the plus side, the sandwich I got was great. The person at the counter was very pleasant and helpful as well. On the negative side, they didn't have what I wanted so I needed to order something else. I get it, supply chain blah blah, but the company has been pushing this "new menu" quite a bit - maybe try stocking the ingredients.... Anyways, I can live with that; what I got was really good - try something new, right? But the kicker was the whole place smelled horrible. Like sewage. Is there a plumbing or HVAC problem, or was the bathroom hit a bit too heavy and getting cleaned? I wanted to sit inside and eat, but got my food to go as the whole inside of the store just...

Wife and I have been going to the Perkasie Subway regular for many years but this is our experience today
