Mekong Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine - Sandusky, OH — Restaurant in Perkins Township

This is an excellent restaurant with food that tastes exquisite, delivered with extremely kind service that brings a sense of exuberance to the best restaurant in Sandusky, all at a good price. I went here and was immensely satisfied with my experience. This restaurant has quite a large menu, serving things such as chicken, pork, and beef with rice, pho, spring rolls, and more. I got the $12 chicken in spicy yellow curry sauce, which is chicken sautéed with onion and spicy curry sauce I with rice on the side, but I ordered it without onion. The sauce wasn’t as spicy as I expected, but it was still extremely tasty nonetheless. The chicken was tasty as well, and the resulting taste from the blend of the chicken and curry sauce satisfied the unquenched hunger and yearning for good food that I possessed for the hour preceding my meal. The rice tasted pretty good too, and it mixed well with the taste of heaven I was already experiencing. My table had both silverware and chopsticks. The bathrooms here were quite clean as well. The server taking my order was extremely nice and friendly, but you could tell he was actually nice and friendly and not just faking it, which I deeply appreciated. The food also came out quickly while still tasting good. I gave this exquisite restaurant five stars because it has amazing food and great service. It is definitely the best restaurant...

06/2021 MeKong Restaurant is my FAVORITE place to eat on Earth! I absolutely love their food and so does my family. I would eat here everyday if I could afford to!!! I give this place 10 stars! Food is delicious, reasonably priced and the service is terrific. We come here often. I highly recommend this restaurant. Chicken Pho, Chicken curry, Carmelized clay pot chicken, basil shrimp, steamed dumplings are a few of our favorite dishes here that are outstanding! My daughter was ill today and I mentioned what do you feed your kids when sick in your culture. The owner sent home a complimentary dish that this vietnamese family eats when they are ill...at no charge! Wow! One of my all-time favorite restaurants. Outstanding Vietnamese food. I typically order their hot and sour soup (delicious), with two crispy spring rolls (more about those in a second) and one of their chicken meals. The service is very fast as you always seem to have something to eat in front of you. But, back to those crispy spring rolls. They are delicious on their own, but the star of the show is the dipping sauce they come in. WOW!!! I could drink it out of a straw it is that good. I wish I knew where they buy it or how they make it, or if I could buy a 5 gallon bucket of it with 100 crispy spring rolls, but it is amazing.
