Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Perris

Ordered Pizza online for pick up in drive-thru. You can't even order cheese for the lunch combo. When we went to go pick up the pizza we waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. When we got to the speaker to tell them we had a pick up they said ok pull up. When we finally got to the window she asked again what the name on the order was. She did not even get the food ready ahead of time. Took her a couple minutes and she came back and told us that the food is not ready yet. That it should be ready after you pull through the line again. I am not waiting over half an hour in the line again. Especially since I was on a time schedule. She went back to check again and came and said. They are boxing it right now. We waited for another 5 minutes and she came back and said. Its not ready yet. Pull by the tree and we will take your food out to you. We pulled by the tree and waited another 15 to 20 minutes past our pickup time. We finally walked in to the shop to ask why we have not recieved our pizza. As we were talking to the manager. You see them whisper in the background to take out the pizza because the people were complaining. The manager did not seem to care and after all that, the only thing she did was gave us a free $5 pepperoni pizza next time we came in. And we got our food and it was barely warm because it has been sitting for so long. When we opened the food at home, they shut the box in the middle of the pizza, so there was a line in the pizza. This is the only Little Cesars in Perris but I will never come back. Will have to go to another city...

Customer service was horrible, I'm a manager at a restaurant and not once did they acknowledge the customers in the front they just kept walking back and forth or giggling in the back, in view of customers talking about the sauce being solid. When I asked to speak to a manager or shift leader once I caught her walking by the girl asked why and I explained I'd been here for over 10 min not once did you say welcome or hi I'll be right with you than said she was one person and the only one in the front ( than walked off) but she was one of the ones giggle with a few of the other employees about the sauce to the right and kept walking back and forth while the lobby was filled. I get it being overwhelmed and busy but at least acknowledge your customers and not be snooty about it or laughing with others. Plus my food had been a half hour over the time it should have been ready and it had been sitting no notification sent. I wouldn't have been mad if she would have noticed any of us customers in the front. However there was a nice girl that finally did come to the front...

Ordered 5 pizzas at 4:49pm I got a message ready to be picked up at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:45pm to pick up. I was told they had 2 more pizzas to complete my order and they would be out in 5 min. I got my order at 650pm. The reason behind my review is not really the fact that my order was delivered really late and cold. I want to focus on the girl up front as a cashier. Rude and would not even bother to look at me and the other 3 people waiting for orders. The lack of customer service and how rude she was to everyone I wanting to get a simple answers. While I was there she was passing out pizzas to customers that just walked in that didn’t place a order and when I asked her why I was not getting one of them she turned and told me because it’s not for you. I will not be going to the location anymore, I hope that the owner of this location actually sees this and takes some action.
