Mr. You Chinese Food — Restaurant in Perris

​The manager is a bad cook, and a jerk. We brought our food home then found that the peppers buried in our spicy orange chicken were burnt to charcoal, which obviously made the whole dish taste burnt. I called to let them know. The girl who answered politely said they would replace the entree's next time we came in, just bring the receipt, and she took my name and number - which is what GOOD customer service is. Unfortunately the jerk manager/cook made her call me back and say I would have to bring the entrees to him to prove it, and I had to do it NOW. Really??? Oh, okay, I'm gonna bring it alright! It was a Friday night, end of the week, end of a long day. I was not dressed for going out, nor was I in the mood, which is why we picked up food to take home. I had to get the baby out of bed, drag our burnt food back, take the food into the restaurant, and wait for him to "feel like" coming to the counter. Then, seeing my burnt entrees before his eyes HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THE EDIBILITY OF HIS BURNT FOOD!!! I told him to try it himself, THEN he tells the girls to replace the entrees only. No apology. No gratis food for all of the trouble he put paying customers through. Nasty management. Nasty cook. Nasty food. ...

There aren't good Chinese near quartzsite so when we visit family in California we went here. The customer service keeps getting worse. The last visit my the lady asked my husband twice if or was for hete or to go. We asked for the cheapest egg rolls, got them, 0aid for the most expensive, but the dint understand when you try explaining. There womens bathroom was out of order so I used the men's. While I was in there someone knocked on the door 3 times. Each time I responded loudly I'd be right out. The door was locked. In between knock the person kept trying to come in. I was starting h to think my his and was playing with me. Nope I opened the door it was a Male employee. Very rude walked passed me angry. In a customer. It says says customers only. Yeah it says men, but when there are only 2 one for women the other men, when o as out the other bexo.es the only. Either sex. Well it is what is, we will be getting our Chinese food...

I used to go frequently because I loved Chinese food and the portions they served that could feed 4 people. Yes, you do go through the homeless people that hang around there but the food was worth it, so I thought. I would frequently order the chicken egg rolls but on this last visit (May 2017) I got very ill after eating two chicken egg rolls. Instantly I felt gross and my stomach started to hurt really bad and I kept vomiting the egg rolls. It was the worst feeling ever that I had to be rushed to the ER. I thought I was going to die. It was food poisoning. Now I want nothing to do with this restaurant. I honestly don't even want to eat Chinese food ever because the smell reminds me of the vomit.
