the “manager” Neilanni is the most unprofessional, rude & horribly mannered person I have ever experienced in fast food. I am a manager where I work and if I acted or treated any of my customers the way she did I would lose my job. my first experience with her was when I ordered doordash to be delivered to me. When I received my food my order was wrong so I tried multiple times to call the store but there was no answer. So I had to come into the store which is already frustrating in the first place because if I wanted to come in I would have done that to begin with. When I got to here I waited approximately 10 minutes before I was finally greeted for an order. I explained my problem and they directed me towards the manager. As soon as I walked up to her she was extremely rude and dismissive. While I was speaking she cut me off to say that she bagged my order herself and it was in fact correct. I provided the receipt from my order along with pictures of my food & she was very upset to see that I was correct that she did in fact get my order wrong. I waited for my food & checked the first box thinking it was ok; then got home only to realize the order was STILL wrong! today I came in with my mother who has stage 4 cancer & once again Neilanni was the most unkind person while working. In the middle of taking my order she walked away & began to bag up different orders. when she came back I was in shock that she would do that IN THE MIDDLE of taking my order. I told her what she did was very unprofessional & she rolled her eyes at me. my mom then told her that the way she was acting & how she has been treating me is inexcusable. the only thing she offered was a different person to take our order. later I asked for her to provide a corporate number & she claimed not to have one. so I asked for a number above her that I could call & she spoke so quickly i couldn’t understand her. when I asked her to repeat it she said “are we done?” so i then asked for her name to which she claimed to have already given me the last time I was here for my incorrect food. i told her I didn’t ask but she argued with me. again, VERY unprofessional. where I work we are not allowed to dismiss a customer with such ignorance or carelessness. she finally told me her name was neilanni & and i asked for the number once again & she rolled her eyes repeating “are you done?” then walked away from me. Having this woman here as a manager, or even a part of the crew in general is a HORRIBLE decision. I went through the reviews & saw that i am far from the only person to have a complaint about her. I only gave this place a 1 star purely because there was no option for a 0 star. I’ve been here plenty of times before & have never experienced an issue. my mom & I enjoy coming here but now Neilanni has ruined that experience, but I hope that she is not allowed to ruin other peoples in...
Read moreI was enjoying my salad very comfortably when I almost threw it up. A boy of dark complexion, perhaps of indigenous characteristic came in to this restaurant asking for monetary help. He arrived at the first table, which is where I was seated, setting a cardboard down on the table. I only managed to read ... I am a student ... We didn't have much of a chance to read it when in comes an old white man to kick him out in a rude and haughty way, "Get out of here NOW" repeating several times pointing violently towards the door. The boy embarrassed started to walk to the exit and the man was walking behind the kid. I turn to see the insolent old man and say "Hey, relax!" I asked the staff who he was, they answer me, the owner's dad. The man keeps saying things in a low voice and I said "This does not stay that way. Your restaurant is going to have 1 star because I cannot give you 0, you are a jerk." Without an appetite, I ask for my salad to-go and type out this comment right away. I am not going to say that the man was racist (maybe he was?) because his ENTIRE staff was Hispanic. I understand that in a few places it is allowed for people to come in to ask for help, but THERE ARE WAYS to ask people to leave. I feel embarrassment and they will never receive a visit from me again. They lose a client and perhaps make no difference to them, but many people will read this and maybe they will stop to supporting them. The boy was not stealing, was walking in the sun, and 104 degree heat. The least he had to have done was OFFER A GLASS OF WATER and ask him to leave. I felt literally like i was living an scene of those movies where the white people mistreated other races because they thought they were superior. First and last...
Read moreI work in the area and it’s a predominantly Hispanic area. One morning I went to order breakfast and the person in front of me was placing an order in Spanish. Which is fine the waitress behind the counter was also Hispanic. She took his order and had a lot of idle conversation. After a while of them just talking with customers waiting. She then walked away and around the counter to wipe a table off leaving me standing there. She then walked back slowly. As she got back to the register. She began talking to the same patron again about him adding to his order. He cut in front of me after already having his turn and order placed. I then confronted them both about customer service, respect and courtesy. They both kinda chuckled and he added to his order. When I finally got to walk up next. She did not greet me or ask anything just looked and me and waited for me to order. So I left and to never return again. Everyone I know including my massive work site of employees won’t be going to this establishment. We are boycotting because it felt like racism. The food is just ok and there’s plenty of restaurants in the area. I’ve had other bad experiences the few times I went to this place. But this time took the cake and I’m done! Hopefully they fire this...
