This tacobell is one of the finest establishments in the Lima area. Let me start off by saying the location of the fast food chain is right off I-75, an ideal spot for any weary travelers looking for their next stop. The store is open until 2 in the morning, making it perfect for the night owls. And fret not if you're more of an early bird yourself - because the store opens its doors at 7 in the morning, making it the perfect place for your family to stop at. Most of the staff are super friendly as well. I had a particularly pleasant experience with the store's general manager Stephanie. She has showed me outstanding service in her own way and time. I occasionally doordash and she's very friendly and understanding. Not only that, but she seems to have earned the respect of her crew, who I have witnessed listening to the managers very well and even admiring them. Respect in the workplace is a very important aspect in my honest opinion and that is something this restaurant seems to acknowledge. In my experience, I have yet to walk into this restaurant and not see a worker cleaning the lobby. They are on top of making sure the restaurant stays as clean as can be. The bathrooms are always spotless and if a mess is made, a worker is out there in a heartbeat, eager to fix it. The service is also incredibly quick. I waited at the counter for someone to take my order for no more than 10 seconds, and even then the crew member apologized for taking too long! Incredible. My food was on the counter before I had time to finish paying. Very fast service and even when I come through the drive thru, my order is out in a jiffy. The food is always fresh and on the rare occasion that my order is messed up or having forgotten something (again, rare, if they're slammed into oblivion) they are quick to make it right and are super apologetic. This tacobell is like my second home and I prefer being there over at my own house anyday. I have gotten to know the people who work there and have grown to really love most of them. Of course theres always gonna be a bad apple but I can only name a handful. The crew is what keeps me coming back. 10/10...
Read moreI went to the Harding Hwy location on 1/6 at 8:55pm. My order number was 333 at kiosk 2. Before I get to the service complaint, let me mention the kiosk allowed me to purchase a Doritos Gordita crunch and a Baja blast, despite the fact that the location did have have either of those two items. My complaint is that I was ordering for myself and my wife. My wife is pregnant and has specific cravings, so I check the order before I leave because certain things trigger her to vomit. One of those things is lettuce. I ordered an item without lettuce and they didn’t honor the customization. I explained my wife hates lettuce and apologized that I wanted it remade. The shift lead remade it without issue. As I was walking out of the restaurant I heard the shift lead tell a line worker “he said his wife hates lettuce” and the line worker, a female voice, replied loudly enough I could hear it from the door “his wife can lick my ass.” Now, I’m not one to make a scene, so I decided to collect my thoughts and file several complaints on any platform I can find today. When I first showed up I seen they had a busy drive thru so i called and asked about my order and they said they hadn't started it so i ran another order then went back to pick up my order that was already placed called again and they very rudely told me they cant run it out to me so i sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes got to the speaker box sat there for 10 minutes with them not saying anything so when i had the chance to pull forward i did got to the window and they got mad at me for driving by the box then sent the manager to talk to me told me i would have to go through the drive thru again and i told them that was bulls* and the manager then told me if i pulled around to the front door he would bring it out to me i sat there for another 15 minutes still nothing so i had to cancel my order and leave because i had other prior commitment I would stay away from this location...
